"This used to be one of my favorite places for ice cream, but not anymore. The inside service is chaotic, like a three-ring circus! I stood there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, mainly because a young man was preoccupied with an ice cream cake that was melting quickly. When I finally placed my order for a Blizzard and a sundae to go, not only was it pricey and thin, but it was also incorrect. It’s evident that there are new owners who don’t prioritize customer satisfaction or take pride in their work. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
To make matters worse, the drive-thru line was backed up around the building. It wasn't due to a lack of staff—there were plenty of employees, but they seemed more focused on chatting with each other than serving customers. I can’t help but wonder what happened to the organized and attentive staff that used to work there. 
Additionally, I noticed that despite leaving DQ a one-star review, they’ve posted a five-star review instead! Now, I’m even more frustrated."
