"When I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes, they seemed to just have chocolate chips scattered on top, almost like a dollop of whipped cream. As for the home fries, they were not what I expected. They were burnt and the shredded kind, which I don't like. If I had known what they would be like, I would have chosen differently. However, I must say that the burger was DELICIOUS—perfectly cooked with a wonderful charred flavor. It was easily the best burger I've ever had, and I can only imagine that the steaks are just as good. The pancakes, despite the chocolate chips being concentrated in one spot, were also quite tasty. They are quite large, which is a plus. Overall, I would recommend this place, but if you enjoy seasoned food, I suggest skipping the pasta."

"Service and hospitality can be hit or miss at just about any venue (and is subjective). This establishment as rather busy upon our arrival. But the hospitality easily overshadowed any of our immediate concerns. We were seated quickly, yet appropriately. No surprise of the wide variety of choices on the menu--honestly, we were a little overwhelmed. Nonetheless, our dishes were delivered in a timely and welcomed manner by our confident waiter. Cost was familiar, but considering the level of service received, worth more than its weight in gold is underscored here. Deserving of revisit?? Indeed."

"Got in from work after a very long Valentine 's day shift and everything in the area was closed. Slice told me that Venice was still open and I remembered I had a menu. Hooray, open until midnight and I was starving. I ordered a small pizza which was delivered under quote and the woman on the phone was very nice. I was just so happy some place was still open I even said to her 'thank you for staying open late, I 'm a server and everything around here closes at 10. ' Pizza was your decent corner shop pizza, but the fact that the hours are very service industry friendly got them the fifth star. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks!"

"My boyfriend's parents live just down the street from Zeenos, and every time we visit, we can't help but order 1 or 2 of their upside-down pizzas. They're simply irresistible! The pizza is absolutely delicious, with the best sauce I've ever tasted. The texture is perfect—not soggy or burnt, just the right amount of crispiness with a nice doughy touch. The cheese to sauce ratio is spot on. I can't say enough good things about that pizza! Everything else we've tried has also been fantastic, and the service is always quick; we've never had to wait. It's a great place!"

"I had the pleasure of having the Caprese Salad with jumbo shrimp yesterday for an early dinner. It was absolute perfection! The shrimp were grilled perfectly?nice and juicy, not over-cooked. Fresh greens were used along with tomatoes and mozzarellacheese. I topped it off with balsamic vinaigrette. I also had a side of zucchini marinara which was delicious! "The burgers and garlic knots at this restaurant are excellent. The knots are served with marinara sauce and have a crispy exterior with a soft interior. Each order comes with about 6 or 7 knots, which are quite large and highly recommended. I had the BBQ burger with pickles, and the sauce was sweet and not overpowering. I suggest adding pickles to your burger as well."

"I can’t believe I haven’t wrote a review on this place yet. I been to this place several times before with my family (pre-Covid time). I remember the lady waitress who works here (forgot her name) always greeted my family and I with much love, and respect. Though, We haven’t been here together for 3+ years, I won’t ever forget the compassion she had towards us. The pizza never disappoints! We ordered from here the other day, and it was so delicious! Could eat here everyday if I had to. The pizzas are cut in squares. I particularly don’t mind it but great place!"

"We’ve been in the neighborhood for 26 years frequented this diner for most of that time. Initially for years it was, for lack of a better term, a dump: horrible food/service. We still went as it was our only diner option at that time. When the current management took over some time back I was overjoyed that the quality of food/ service/ cleanliness skyrocketed was maintained for some time. But after the pandemic certain portions shrank considerably, dishes seemed thrown together without care and the service was just horrible. they’re still charging for tap water! They did it during the pandemic to recoup having to buy disposable cups. It was necessary but now it’s just greed? Literally the only restaurant in Manhattan I’ve found that does this. Sad to say so many of us in the neighborhood had to give up our hangout of so many years. We’re hoping things will change and we can come back at some point.
