"I highly discourage anyone from signing a lease with Algin Management due to heavy construction in their buildings and a total lack of decency in terms of management's response.Due to COVID-19 vacancies, they are tearing up units left and right. You can expect at least 8 hours of drilling, hammering, and vacuuming every day, which resonates through the thin concrete walls in their buildings. This makes it impossible to work from home during quarantine.From my experience at The Murray Park, management is also impossible to reach. The super (Al Karaqi) and property manager (Dan Hochstadt) don't respond to texts or emails at all you'll have to get lucky with a well-timed phone call. There is zero notice for upcoming apartment construction, water shutdowns, hallway renovations, etc.The corporate office also strategically doesn't provide any direct phone numbers. Instead, you have to go through an unpleasant receptionist, who will redirect you to an email address of a supervisor (Danielle Koehler). If you're lucky, she'll call you from an Unknown number, so you can't follow up with her.Overall, I wasted a tremendous amount of money with Algin, paying a premium to live in their luxury building, which turned out to be more of a construction workshop and a storage unit, rather than an apartment.Algin's buildings are a total disaster at the moment, and combined with the poor building management and corporate response, I strongly encourage you to save your money and look elsewhere."

"The pizza is good, with a crispy crust that is definitely a plus! Their wings are also fantastic. I've read some of the reviews and while I can't completely disagree with them, I have a different perspective. This place often gets crowded with rowdy college students, and if you're aware of that, you shouldn't be surprised by the noise or rowdiness that comes with it. I can only imagine that you’ve had your share of late nights in similar situations. Nevertheless, I come here for the pizza and wings—nothing more, nothing less."

"One thing that I absolutely love about being part of humanity is that each of us has our own feelings and thoughts. Isn 't it amazing that you can be very close to somebody, and yet find out that several of your other close friends don 't like them. Or you go see a Broadway show and you walk out loving it to find out that the others in your group hated it. No one is right and no one is wrong. Each of us has our own perspective and taste, and that makes the world go round and makes it all so interesting! I say that as I begin this review of Jay 's Deli at Friendly Shopping Center because as much as I have been completely baffled over the years why anybody would want to go there, when I went there for lunch the other day due to the choice of my guest, the place was absolutely packed with at least 20 people waiting to get in. I don 't understand that. Jay 's is a deli? I don 't know, but where I come from in New York, a deli is a place you go for outstanding sandwiches like pastrami and corned beef and delicious side dishes like potato salad and coleslaw. To me, Jay 's is one big plastic factory The place is conveniently located at Friendly Shopping Center and there is plenty of parking nearby. As I approached the deli I could not believe how packed it was. Like I said, people were lined up waiting to get in. My guest already had a table waiting for us, so I was happy to join her and was immediately given the bland menu. It was a day I was trying to be healthy and so I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The food came pretty quickly considering how busy the place was, but when I saw what was on my plate, it was understandable t There was very little prep time needed. Some shredded lettuce, a few pieces of tomato and a piece of chicken drowning in some sweet barbecue sauce that I did not like. Nothing had changed since the last time I had been there several years ago. That salad could have been prepared at a Wendy 's drive-thru and I would not have been able to tell the difference. In retrospect, I should have scraped off all of that brown goo that they put on top of the pitiful salad that I was given. It did not take me long to finish it, and I was still hungry when I was done, and if I did not hate the food there so much I would have ordered something else, but I was not in the mood for another piece of plastic to eat I have to give Jay 's Deli props because they have been around as long as I can remember and people love that place as long as I can remember and I have not liked that place as long as I can remember! Service and location was good. Food was lousy. It 's not that easy to get a good deli sandwich in Greensboro, but I say without hesitation, Jay 's Deli ain 't it! Next time you go to New York check out Katz 's Deli on Houston Street and you will know what I 'm talking about. In the meantime, if you want something fast and convenient and don 't care about the taste or quality Jay 's Deli is the place to be!"

"The service was good. Everyone was nice. However, the eggs were cold and the french toast was undercooked/ still soaked in the batter. I ordered bacon specifically extra cripsy and it was somehow more soft than anyone else's. For a $20 breakfast you would hope for a bit better."

"Been in the biz over 10 years, and I have to say this place is amazing. Went in for the first time this week with my girlfriend and had friendly hospitable service from start to finish. A creative and well designed menu made it tough to choose, but I went with the California Baguette Burger. It was incredible! The manager Jay even stopped by and said hello, and made sure we had a great time. I will definitely be back!"

"Great food, friendly staff and excellent prices. The ham and cheese hot pretzel sandwich is like no other thing in this area. It's not a chintzy round pretzel bun either, but a real soft pretzel. The ham is fried on the griddle till its caramelized for an extra bit of sweetness, topped with cheese and then mustard, which I skip. Lynn makes a pot of amazing Chicken noodle soup and its my go-to side accompanying the ham sandwich. There are rotating lunch specials every day like meatloaf, cheese steaks, turkey with stuffing and mashed, etc. I am not lying when I say it is one of the best local eateries, if you are seeking good, homemade, comfort food."

"Go on St in Hartford, and was hungry and decided to give this place a shot. Let me say that style and ambience were not factors for creating this restaurant. It's a Drab hack with Drab staff. "I ordered a few items for delivery today, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. The portion sizes were quite good for the price. I tried the classic breakfast package, which included bacon, sausage, egg, cheese, home fries, and avocado. The packaging was nice, and overall, I was satisfied. However, I think it could be improved with a bit more sausage and fewer home fries, as some bites were mostly potato. I also got the Gold Rush, which comes with turkey, mozzarella, tomatoes, salad, bacon, and avocado, along with chips and salsa. It was a nice meal, but I would have liked a little more cheese. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"On a Sunday my usual egg sando place had grill problems so I came over to Alen's Deli for the first time. Ordered an egg and cheese and a sausage egg and cheese. On this day it was a one man operation but the wait is worth it as it is clear each order is made with care. My egg sandwich were delicious and beautiful. Two eggs each cooked perfectly. Each ingredient stack with engineered perfection. The bread!! The bread makes a difference! Was soft and crispy, a perfect bread to egg ratio. Hot, fresh and delicious. I want to try the sub sandwiches next and the soups. So good!"

"This was my first experience at a Mediterranean restaurant, and my waitress was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the entire menu to me. I thought the food was quite good, although I don’t have much experience to compare it to. For a first-timer, it was definitely enjoyable. "My partner and I often make the drive from West Jefferson to Sparta. The manager informed us that they are open until 3:00 in the afternoon. We were disappointed when we arrived at the door on Saturday at 1:30. This has been happening for several months with an early closure! The last time, we barely made it before they closed at 1:30. It's a shame because Trojan Terrace has delicious food. We have discovered a new restaurant closer to home with more reliable hours. Sparta is too far to come for lunch only to be let down, because they cannot trust what a restaurant tells them."
