"Don’t trust this restaurant with to go orders. They send someone’s else order to me. it happened to us multiple times when you call they are hateful and try to blame the Uber driver when in fact they hand the food to the Uber driver and they refuse to make good on the original order and said “ what’s the problem” and tell you you have to cancel your order which well be waiting for over an hour and we have to reorder. The staff it’s incompetent and rude. They left us on hold for 30 minutes because the staff was afraid to put the manager on the phone. Warning if you order take out from them you have less than 50% chance of getting the food you actually order. And this restaurant won’t do anything to correct the problem. Very unethical business practice. We have never written a bad review about a restaurant ever, but we wanted to warn the public about how badly this restaurant is managed and how rude the staff is. Unfortunately the lowest we can rate is one star but they deserve a minus 5 starts."

"Wow! When I walked in, I was immediately impressed by how clean and beautiful the interior was. I received a warm welcome from the gentleman at the counter—who, unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of—who assisted me in selecting my meal. Right now, I'm thoroughly enjoying some truly AMAZING food! I ordered the lamb gyro platter with a hummus appetizer and rosewater iced tea, and they even surprised me with a complimentary piece of baklava! Every single bite has me saying, "Mmm!" It's fresh, tender, and perfectly seasoned. I can't wait to come back. This place is absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much, everyone! Delicious!"

"I wanted to check out this restaurant, so I went to place my order. I had to wait for about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. Despite the fact that the place was completely empty, I had to ring a bell next to the cashier to get someone's attention. A voice from the kitchen said that someone would assist us shortly. After waiting for 10 minutes and still not being helped, I decided to leave. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Always great food and service. Late in Lewiston. One of the few places that remain open late. Never messed up an order. Never had bad food It is always fresh and tasty. Some days they serve cookies and Gravy. I still have to try them, but I'm sure they're good. Easy access from the 21st direct next to Harbor Cargo and the empty Kmart. Dave's double is always amazing."

"The fries have definitely improved since Wendy's started promoting their "better fries"! We really enjoy Wendy's, but ever since this location was remodeled, the fries have been disappointing. I'm not sure if they changed fryers, switched oils, or altered the fries themselves, but they just don't taste good anymore. Fortunately, the rest of the menu remains delicious; we typically order burgers or chicken nuggets. We haven't visited other locations since this remodel, so I can't say if their fries are affected as well. The service here is friendly and usually quick; every now and then, it might take a bit longer, and I’ve had to wait for my nuggets, but that’s fine with me—I'd rather have fresh food than something stale or old."

"I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I called ahead to place my order just 10 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, my order hadn’t even been entered into the system. I had requested double rice over the phone, but the person I spoke to insisted that the order came with both rice and French fries, and seemed unwilling to accommodate my request. When I finally picked up my order, I discovered that it included both fries and rice. They then tried to take the fries out, which felt unsanitary since several people had already handled my food. Overall, it was a frustrating experience."

"My order is hardly ever right. They show baked potatoes on the menu for sale all day but never have them. You order a baked potato and get baconator fries instead. The last time I ordered here all of my food was cold. EVEN THE CHILLI. Who serves cold chilli? Ive never had Wendys mess up my order so badly, but Im never ordering here again. Nobody cares whats being pushed out to customers but theyll happily charge us for it."

"I believe it's time to say goodbye to this area and close down all the Wendy’s on the North Coast. Each visit seems to be worse than the last. There’s no proper service, no management oversight, and the food quality is disappointing. If there's a regional manager overseeing these locations, they should seriously reconsider their role. It’s almost disturbing how every visit feels like a step down – like you get the impression that the staff can't be bothered to engage with customers properly. It's unsettling. I wouldn’t be surprised if the employees were actually rude behind the scenes. Every restaurant in this area shares the same unfortunate experience. The good news is I'm finally over it. As much as I enjoy their chili, it's not worth the circus that goes along with it."

"The owners have finally moved into their new building, which is just about 100 feet from their original location (you won’t miss it!). They had their grand opening on Saturday, August 26, 2023, and offered a free plate of rice (without any protein) with every purchase as part of the celebration. I ordered 10 chicken samosas and 10 veggie samosas. The veggie samosas were fantastic, but the chicken samosas were a bit dry. The rice was enjoyable, which my 9-year-old confirmed. As for the atmosphere, they could have turned on the air conditioning since it was a hot afternoon. While it wasn’t a major issue for me because I took my order to go, the wait was a little uncomfortable. I typically eat there once or twice a month, so I’ll definitely be returning soon. I’ll take some photos next time and include Google directions, too!"

"We normally enjoy the food especially the chili. We tried to go there Saturday 9/9/2023 afternoon close to 5pm. My first issue was the lack of signage to the front door alerting customers to at least a 3+ inch step up to inner entry. So yes I could have looked down but I wasn’t expecting to trip I to the store. Just had back surgery and it jolted my back and leg. Of course the staff inside (in which there only appeared to be one person working) was pretty abrupt. The drive thru line was at least ten plus cars and not moving. The guy then mentioned card only which was fine. Then when we try to order he says…well we don’t have chili because no one bothered to make the chili meat today…needless to say that was the final straw. We left without ordering.Just wondered what would happen if I told a patient…oh sorry I can’t start your IV or give you medicine or take you to the bathroom or feed you. I mean what is wrong with people these days??Anyway thank you NOT for the poor customer service. The Lack of sign outside your door to prevent someone from getting injured-consider a ramp maybe? Or better yet just close the store if you can’t manage Wasilla customers!"
