"We made a reservation and arrived on time, but no one acknowledged us. Finally, the manager looked at us and asked if we were waiting for a table. After waiting for 20 more minutes and at least six different staff members passing by us, we decided to leave. We never had the opportunity to taste the food, and we would not return due to the poor experience."

"This place has become my go to ever since I moved to the Melbourne area the selection of beers and IPA on drafts is incredible. It's an old gas station converted into a restaurant the place is so chill and welcoming and there is a fire pit out back and they are always playing really good music they also have a giant Jenga set. The food portions that you get for the price that you pay is so worth it I can't even begin to put in the words how absolutely delicious the food is here. They also got a ice cream shop that's literally right next to the restaurant I'd like to give a shout out to the restaurant kitchen manager who recommended this place to me when he was shopping at my job. My family really love coming to this place and this is by far our favorite restaurant The staff here is absolutely incredible and goes above and beyond and make sure you have a great experience."

"Lot of bad things with this place.1. The food just isn't up to par with other Mexican restaurants in the area. Tacombi is miles ahead in taste.2. The chips always taste stale. I've tried ordering them five times and they're always stale.3. They will mess up your online order consistently. All I ordered was a burrito and instead got the plate.4. The prices are very high compared to competitors.The only pros I can give this place is they're quick to make your order and the portions are somewhat big. Still wouldn't recommend going here over other places in the area."

"It was very busy, but the restaurant has a lot of seats, so I didn't have to wait long. The food seems to be made fresh. I ordered the Oaxaca Bowl and it was amazing. Good food, rice and beans were tasteful. The vegetables should not be overcooked. The free chips were warm and the salsa was lightly spicy. Be careful because it is easy to fill them. My waiter checked me regularly and the place was pretty clean. Compared to recent experience in similar restaurants, I am very impressed. A huge television hangs over the seats that show FIFA World Cup. The decor is beautiful and you have comfortable high-back stands. I will definitely be back!"

"I would easily give this place a five-star rating if it weren't for their lack of consistency. I usually order food from here every day—occasionally skipping a day, but never more than that. Sometimes, I receive perfectly prepared meals that are always well-portioned. My go-to orders include the seared tuna Asian salad, the watermelon cooler, iced chai latte, yogurt parfait, simple French toast, and fresh lemonade. I've tried countless smoothies, but my main favorites remain the seared tuna salad and the watermelon cooler, which used to also include the French toast until they started consistently overcooking it. The yogurt parfait is another favorite, but there are times when they don’t get my orders right. If you order through Uber Eats, getting a refund is nearly impossible. What’s truly disappointing is when you order something that you know tastes good, only to receive a dish that is either missing half of the ingredients or overcooked. The portion of the tuna can vary widely—sometimes I get a generous serving, while other times I only receive half. The quality and freshness also fluctuate, which is frustrating, especially when I’ve spent my money during a time when it's crucial to spend wisely."

"It was a bit confusing as to how it worked. We were in the lounge section and someone “pointed “ us to where our table was. Then it took at least minutes for the server to come. We had to ask how to proceed. Although she was very nice we had to keep looking for her for help. Walking across the entry to get to the food was frustrating as there were people coming in, people leaving and those with full plates of food that we had to navigate through. Then no one picked up our dirty plates! You definitely needed more servers for the amount of people there. My suggestion is each room should have their own food station which would alleviate all the confusion. You wouldn’t lose any seating as the tables would replace the food station."

"This is the second time used mama's for catering an event. The first time was disappointing enough. The food was to be delivered at a certain time and was an hour late. This was 2 years ago. They were supposed to bring chafing dishes which we paid extra for but didn't bring them. Luckily we had some of our own. So I tried them again gor my granddaughter s college graduation party .I ordered the food 6/30 for june 11th a11th.called june 9th to confirm order. The guy that answered the phone said no problem . They even had my name and quoted me a price of 279.87 cents. My husband went to pick up the food day of party and they sad they had no record of our order but said they would have it ready in 20 minutes. Well the food tasted like it! Got a tray of pasta salad which contained only noodles ! Enobnobody ate it. Ended up throwing most away. Got ziti which wasn't bad but was supposed to come with garlic bread which wasn't even toasted . Just bread cut up. Got a hoagie tray which wasn't good either. All condiments for the hoagwhich consisted of packets of mayo ,pickled and . And then they wanted to charge my husband more than they quoted me!. NEVER Again!!! I had 35 people at my house waiting for this food. How embarrassing!!!"

"Our first time here since the restaurant moved from Setauket. We ate at the outside deck which was so nice. Music was piped in and was soft and easy to have a conversation with. The food was still amazing! It was my husband's birthday and I informed the waiter. He brought some ice cream and a huge sparkler! We had a great meal and they honored my Groupon! "Went to celebrate our anniversary. Food was ok. Server made many mistakes. They didn't have White Zinfandel at all. Wine was $10 a glass for early bird Moscato, way over priced. I ordered Chicken Piccata and was served Chicken Marsala, which I sent back for what I ordered. Was told the substitution was made because they didn't have a early bird Piccata. I told them I wanted Picatta and in 2 minutes I had it on a plate in front of me. Lukewarm not hot, sitting around probably. I was charged full dinner price for an early bird portion size. Very disappointing night. Won't be back. I wonder if the Hilton Head one is so bad now ????"

"I am writing this review and still in shock and unable to process what happen on last Friday night at our party. Everything was great, food, service, etc. All my friends had a great time until, I assume, it was the restaurant 's manager, came to one of our guests Mark and very rudely demanded that he paid $80 cover charge for drinking alcohol from the water bottle he brought with him. Mark NEVER drinks hard liquor only wine which is what he ordered that night as always. His wife wasn 't feeling well didn 't drink at all! The manager came to them directly, threw an empty water bottle on the table calming he has a video of Mark throwing this bottle in the trash outside of the restaurant!!! This video he showed us had NO image of Mark carrying a bottle in his hands! In any case, the manager 's rudeness, unprofessionalism in the way he handled the situation was outrages. He was yelling and screaming at us, telling us he will call the police. Even if he had a reason which he DID NOT! this situation could have been handled discretely. Instead, he escalated the situation to the point that Mark, his wife and most of our guests were in the verge of tears! All of my friends at the party came to America about 35 years ago, all have successful careers. We all speak Russian, but all immigrated from Ukraine. I don 't know if this person had something against us, but it sure felt like he made personal. We never felt so humiliated and discriminated like we did last night! I was the responsible for any additional charges/issues for the party and they confirmed that with me before the party started. We had multiple birthday parties at Bobby 's before and I was astonished how we were treated for just a pitiful amount of money $80 when we spent way over $1000 that night! Instead of having a great memory of this special evening of my husband 65th birthday all we will remember is the way we were treated and humiliated at the end. It 's a shame! We always enjoy Bobby 's, but after this incident none of us and anyone we know will dine in Bobby 's Deerfield again."

"We visited this restaurant with my extended family for Christmas Eve lunch, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. Two of the turkey burgers were served completely raw, and my dad found cheese wrappers in his sandwich. The waitress was clearly busy and doing her best, but by the time she checked on us, my family members had already eaten food meant for other tables, making it too late to have the undercooked meals corrected or reordered. "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar—my chicken cheesesteak didn't even have any cheese on it! The staff member who took my order at the counter was rude. When I called to inform him about the missing cheese, he actually argued with me. I booked this at a resort, so there's really no reason for me to lie about a $12 sandwich. One of the employees, who identified himself as Joel, was particularly unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether; the food feels like the worst kind of cafeteria fare. It's unbelievable that Joel couldn't even remember leaving the cheese off my chicken cheesesteak. So disappointing."

"Menu was entirely to large. I can only assume they do 1/3 of it actually well. The rum and coke I ordered was the weakest 9$ drink I've ever ordered. The manager was trying to keep track of all other workers masks, telling them to put them on. Then proceeds to put it just under his nose. I'm not super concerned with the covid but if you're gonna jump on your workers to wear a mask, use the mask right yourself silly. The caesar salad was comically bad, olive oil with a touch of caesar. I've had better bagged salads from big y. This place used to be our go to whenever we came to visit my grandparents. Hence the only reason I didn't bring this to light in the restaurant. Didn't want my grandfather getting worked up. Pizza was solid, but again, not what it used to be. If you've used to come here, but haven't been in a minute, maybe find somewhere else. Super disappointed."

"The service we received at this restaurant was very friendly and attentive. We chose to split the antipasti for one, which was simple with only cold cuts and two slices of provolone, but it lacked dressing. My companion ordered the lasagne, which was a good size and delicious, although he was informed that it was meatless when it wasn't. I decided on the Veal Marsala with mushrooms, which was tasty and had tender veal (something rare in most restaurants). The portions were generous and reasonably priced. "It was my first time eating at Frankie Bones and it was delicious! Lauren was wonderful. She stayed on top of our refills and constantly checked in on us, and she also provided us with excellent recommendations. I started off with the fried mozzarella and it was very good! Then I had the seafood trio and they let me substitute the scallops for extra shrimp since I don’t eat scallops. I had a tiramisu to go for dessert and it was also great. I will definitely be back!
