With the ongoing construction of the new Rampart streetcar line, the situation seems even more precarious. However, with a new chef and an exceptional menu, I believe this restaurant deserves to thrive. The construction is expected to finish within the next year, and I sincerely hope that locals will continue to support Marti to ensure its survival. The restaurant is a treasured piece of New Orleans history, featuring a stunning dining room and atmosphere that's hard to beat. Plus, it boasts a fantastic bar with happy hour specials and a freshly crafted menu from the new chef, offering expertly prepared and delicious food. I strongly encourage all visitors to explore the Rampart corridor and try Marti for a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend it, and as a local, I truly believe it’s worth a visit!"
