The chef delivered the appetizer plater and explained everything with great knowledge. And everything it was tasting great. The Australian wagyu filet it wad so tender seasoned well and a lot of flavors. The side dishes was exceptional the lobster Macand cheese great flavors and last the cheese cake cream brûlée it is so good finishing the dinner. "Once again Mortons demonstrates it's inability to prepare a steak at medium temperature. It took two return trips to the cook and the end result was a filet mignon that was ruined. To their credit the other entree's were closer to what was desired and only one entree was cooked perfectly as ordered. Not the time this has happened nor the last I am afraid to say. You would have thought the ruined steak would have been removed from the bill but instead, a free desert was offered. The only thing that saved this special occasion birthday dinner on Mother's Day was the great table service and the company"

"It seems the wrath of Covid has hurt them. Poor service in general. We started with 2 old fashioned cocktails that had so much simple syrup and orange bitters the whisky was not present Wedge salad was a unique twist cut in a flat slab with excellent dressing, blue chees and amazing bacon chunks Steak was delicious. I had a fresh catch of the day halibut. Over seasoned with garlic butter and salt Served with cross cut stump ends of asparagus? Swimming n garlic butter WTF Didn’t stay for desert My biggest issue with this place is it is expensive and parades and a 5 star steak house, the facade is shallow but seriously, if you need to get up to use the restroom you have to walk out of quiet classy restaurant into the bright lights of casino floor and make your way across to the restroom absolute buzz kill. Overall a mediocre experience"

"The only improvement that would earn this place a full five-star rating for service would be for the blonde-haired waitress, who overlooked our empty wine glasses and forgot to bring knives and a to-go cup for the coffee when we requested them. However, I absolutely love this restaurant! The brunette waitress was outstanding; we started and ended our meal with her. "Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"

"Should have realized this is a hotel bar and the drink prices were very high. Had the beef street tacos and quesadillas appetizers; not good. The beef was tough. The pork chop was good and the steak sandwich was a very good. Pizza fell apart during preparation, so they had to start over, and the rest of us were done eating by the time the COMP pizza arrived. The service was top notch!!!"

"Amazing dinner at this seafood restaurant on the inter coastal. We sat on the outside patio at 6pm and watched the most beautiful sunset over the water. My husband had the macadamia nut crusted sea bass and I had the blue crab and corn roasted grouper. Both were delicious! The pear and Gorgonzola salad was good, except the dressing was lacking in flavor. We shared the key lime pie with meringue topping for dessert. So good! Our waiter, Phillip, was very attentive without being intrusive. I'm glad that we got to sit outside on the patio because of the view and the temperature was perfect. I would warn people that are interested in sitting inside that it is pretty loud. Regarding parking, you either have to park at the meters across the street (they don't take credit cards) or valet, which costs $7. Some people complain about the price of food, and it is expensive. However, this is an amazing restaurant in a great location. It exceeded our expectations."

"My wife and I are in town on a business trip and decided to book a reservation at Morton’s. The staff and service level here is incredible. Our waiter, Peter, absolutely qualifies as a fine dining service professional as did the Maitre d. The food was very good The location left a lot to be desired. When we booked through OpenTable we didn’t realize this location is inside a casino. It is accordingly loud and reeks of cigarette smoke. I have to imagine it’s to cover the cigarette odor, the interior of Morton’s is heavily perfumed. The staff was very gracious and tried to move our table to reduce the smell but it isn’t really something in their control I would love to dine with the wonderful staff here again but we don’t have any desire to enter the building again."

"Our first tapas experience was so good. It made my birthday a full 10 for 10!Our server was Amber. Amber took the time to explain the menu and to make sure we knew about each dish. A true jewel.We enjoyed a very nice bottle of sparkling wine with our tapas.We had the avocado stuffed with lump crab, grilled octopus, braised beef potato croquettes, and the Brussels spouts.Each item was so good. Fun is the best description. The only item we would not order again is the octopus. The octopus was very good. "I suppose it is difficult for a restaurant to live up to it's hype and high reviews, but those very things led me to be a bit disappointed in the overall experience. I thought I'd be wowed and I was not. It was okay overall but not worth the cost. Our food came out after a reasonable time, however our drinks had not yet been served. When they were finally delivered, they did apologize and comped the drinks without us saying a word to them, so the fact that they realized there was a problem and fixed it, seems like a good sign that they're on the right track."

"We went to the Seaglass to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We arrived just before our reservation and were seated right away. Unfortunately, they seated us right next to a 20 person wedding party group, this was kind of an isolated spot on the far wall. There were plenty of other seats that were away from the crowd but we didn't say anything right away but after ordering app and drinks the group became very loud as they were having a grand time. We just suffered the noise. The service was great and the food delicious, the price was high but not too bad. The drinks were great as was the wine. We had been here five years earlier and they had tablecloths on the tables this time it was just bare Formica which made it look kind of cheap and worn. Some table clothes even just the paper ones where you can peel them off would go a long way into making it look like fine dining, which the food suggests. But overall, we were happy and enjoyed our 50th."

"We took a friend here to celebrate his birthday. He didn't want to go, thinking he'd feel out of place. But he found them to be helpful, welcoming, and giving a type of service that makes people feel comfortable. They explained all the details of the types of steaks, as he hesitated between the types, gave suggestions when he might like one grade over another, they were just fantastic. Now, the person who didn't want to go there can't stop telling everyone how fantastic it was! They were there at every step to help him feel comfortable and to make fairly quick choices, considering everything was new to him and he's not one to typically make quick decisions."

"great eating, but very expensive for what it is. probably a good place to eat once or twice a year. also a thing that is surprised how kalorific is eating. 1200 calorie for 8oz steak with a tiny lobster and 2 spargel? 1400 calorie little cheesecake? everything must be cooked with tons of butter. they should completely reassess their menu. most of the things can be cooked easily with half of the calorie. so, most of them aren't worth the calorie. I mean, don't get me wrong things are tasty, but they're absolutely not the calorie in our opinion."

"The food was amazing. I got the Wagyu filet mignon and my husband ordered the Porterhouse. We added the black truffle butter which was delicious! For appetizers we ordered the Ahi Poke, was good but not what we were expecting. We also ordered the Jumbo shrimp cocktail which is always very tasty! Our server Ed was really what made our dining experience great. He went above and beyond for us and was very attentive despite having many other tables to attend to, as well as a guest that had issues with some reward program. He also surprised us with the famous Morton’s Hot Chocolate cake which was the perfect end to our meal. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful dining experience Ed!
