"It seems the wrath of Covid has hurt them. Poor service in general. We started with 2 old fashioned cocktails that had so much simple syrup and orange bitters the whisky was not present Wedge salad was a unique twist cut in a flat slab with excellent dressing, blue chees and amazing bacon chunks Steak was delicious. I had a fresh catch of the day halibut. Over seasoned with garlic butter and salt Served with cross cut stump ends of asparagus? Swimming n garlic butter WTF Didn’t stay for desert My biggest issue with this place is it is expensive and parades and a 5 star steak house, the facade is shallow but seriously, if you need to get up to use the restroom you have to walk out of quiet classy restaurant into the bright lights of casino floor and make your way across to the restroom absolute buzz kill. Overall a mediocre experience"

PY Steakhouse is one of the best dining experiences in Tucson. Pricey, but well worth it.

We had a fantastic time at dinner on 10/19. Service was phenomenal and the food was prepared perfectly. We were at dinner for 2.5 hours and there was no rush by the staff and were allowed to enjoy our meal and drinks. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent meal with excellent service. The filet and ribeye were done perfectly and the baked potato was so creamy. I’m just sorry I didn’t have room for dessert, but we saw some beautiful presentations of desserts being served at other tables. Next time! View menu

We were there for a birthday celebration. Our service was unfortunately not very good. We went for a 2 hour dinner and were there for 3.5 hours. Very bad service. The manager was busy watching his employees rather than paying attention to his customers. We watched our food sit under the warming lights until our waiter reappeared and brought it to us. My 52$ prime ribeye looked like a steak from golden coral. Horrible fatty and under cooked. Would have sent it back but we had already been waiting 2 hours. When we paid the check it took another 30 minutes to get our change. All in all it was a 3.5 hour dinner which should have been no more than 2 hours.

That said, the service was excellent, and we tried the special rib dish, which came with a fantastic offer of an $8 glass of wine—both white and red were available. We chose the Frank Family Chardonnay for the white, and you can't beat the price for such an exceptional wine. When the entrée was served, we switched to a Cabernet from Lodi, CA, called "Earthy," which was also an excellent choice. The main dish was accompanied by potatoes and a sweet side. We also started with a crab cake and shared a partial salad, which turned out to be unnecessary because the portions were quite generous. As for dessert, it was delightful and offered great value for the price. I would definitely recommend t...
