I will say the hostess was very confused about our reservation and explained that OpenTable never worked for her on time but she still cleared a seat for us within 15 minutes. "Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

The included item is potato chips. My mom and daughter had the burgers and said they were pretty good. I had the stuffed shrimp, which didn't have a lot of flavor. I could tell I was eating shrimp and crab, but there wasn't much flavor. The portion was four stuffed shrimp. However, the shrimp were of the medium variety that I would buy at my local market. They were ripped with a tablespoon size crab ball. I had to pay a premium for cheese on my potato. This dish was $29, which I was prepared to pay, but was disappointed when it came out. Or meal was $95 (including a 15% tip). I'd also like to add we all had water to drink. I think the bill was a tad too much when two people in my party had a burger. The best part was dining outside right at the water. I drove from central Virginia to dine there, and am not sure if do it again. Just so so."

"I found a restaurant right across from my gym, where I've been working out for three years, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered chicken and waffles, mozzarella sticks with sauce, chicken parmesan, and pancakes topped with blueberries and strawberries from the brunch menu. Overall, it was a delicious meal. The only issue was with the pancakes; they were undercooked, so we had to send them back. The waiter was attentive and did a great job, so I didn’t hold it against him and tipped him well. The screwdriver drink I had with my brunch special was quite strong, which I enjoyed. The restaurant was clean and bustling with people, and the wait for food wasn't long. I definitely plan to return!"

But when we are waiting we found this store also has too good to go option and it was 2.2 points out of 5, so we are pretty curious cuz the food is great, why such low reviews? And once we get it, totally understandable.As shown below in picsFirst of all, only four small cup miso soup is not even on the menu and they put original retail price for $12 dollars for this, which is ridiculous.Secondly, we are having the dinner in this store and we ordered pretty great amount of food, but this too good to go give us a feeling of teasing us. "Thank you for a delicious meal for our anniversary (again) this year. Because of dietary restraints and my very plain eating habits I was not the perfect diner.... I’m a Ruth’s Chris lover. They cater to my every desire. They also offer several side selections. My husband wanted to eat here, I preferred to go to Ruth’s Chris. I say all that to say this; Our waiter, albeit frustrated with me last night, was kind, courteous and very accommodating to my weird and plain choices. "Calamari was all tube, no tentacle and the crunch or crisponess left something to be desired. Oysters were worthy of the namesake though. Juicy with good brine. Price os outlandish at 4-5$ per oyster, but you should probably expect that for being in Grand Central Terminal. Service was pretty slow, (an hour from seating to check ,ordered all at once and check requested at order for 2 apps and a beer) but I'm still giving 3 stars because it was the Friday before Christmas. TLDR: Pricey because of location, but solid enough seafood to almost justify it."

"Drinks were amazing Crab cakes amazing Garlic shrimp. Couple shrimps way overdone and hard. My wife's steak was great Mine was overcooked and immediately replaced. Second steak was skinny and somewhat tough for sirloin unfortunately and was not rested and under seasoned. We love going to the keg usually. This was last min for us so seating was really nice in the lounge. Staff called us only a min after submitting a reservation to let us know timing for both lounge and dining. Was extremely thankful they did that. Please do not stop communicating like that! Keg staff are always awesome!"

"Attended my first Elite Yelp event at the Mill Creek Tavern in Bayville. I attended other events as a plus one but this was better because now I was elite and I already knew some of the players like my friend Bill S who introduced me to this wonderful world of Yelp. What makes these events great to me are the friendly yelpers who attend with their honest fair reviews and most important is the generous hospitality of the restaurant owners. Once we arrived the Mill Creek Tavern Staff had everything prepared waiting for us. We started with their specialty drinks, Dark and Stormy, Pumpkin Ale and Sang-Rose with sorbet. My fav was the dark and stormy, Black Rum, Pumpkin Beer and Lime Juice. Then all the samples of food came out, Filet Mignon Crostini, Seafood Ceviche, Mussels Provençale, Sauerbraten Short Rib Sliders, Jager Schnitzel Sliders, Pan Seared Sea Scallops, Mac Cheese, Brat in a Blanket, Pretzel Baked Brie, Burrata Crostini, Shrimp Cocktail and Artichoke Risotto Cakes. There was so much to choose from, It was like cocktail hour at a weeding and the food just kept coming. Then desert, I was already full at this point but of course had to try. Berries Cream, Chocolate Mouse, Mini Purple Cow Floats and Mini Brownie Sundays. All were delicious. The event went fast, everyone was enjoying themselves socializing, eating and experiencing great service. The staff didn't miss a beat, they just kept coming out with food being efficient, friendly and courteous, even the owner Rich came out and not only served food he also mingled with us speaking to everyone and making sure we had everything we needed. This was a great time seemed to be had by all. I know a lot goes into this planning one of theses events. I am grateful for the Rich, the owner for opening up his restaurant to us, the staff for just great services and to Drew for organizing this. Mill Creek Tavern is a great place to eat, not only is the food really good, the décor is very pleasing, they even have a fireplace. One can enjoy this restaurant year round. I will return and would definitely recommend dining here."

"Worth the trip! We were seated right away. Even though we did not have a reservation. I highly recommended having one! Server Cassie, she was very sweet and efficient. Bread/rolls warm and fresh were brought right as we sat. With a red dipping sauce that had a slight kick. So good I could not keep myself from eating them!! Drinks served We had wine and Champaign. Only problem was they did not have the full bottle of the small one I tried and you have to save your cork, to try and recork left overs if you wish to take unfinished bottle. I would suggest to bring your own cork. They only pace it in a paper bag as well. This was a disappointment. Other places have corks and plastic bag they seal. My Husband started with a appetizer. I enjoyed the bread and warm spicy dipping sauce! He ordered Shrimp Cocktail. Nice cocktail sauce with chucks of horseradish! Nice cold fresh shrimp. Good size portions. Tender and not so cold it hurts your teeth to bite into. They were delicious! We ordered prime rib special for Friday Night. Queen cut. Could of feed a family of four on one piece! Thick and cooked to perfection! Melt in your mouth!. We order Medium Rare. It came with a nice creamy horseradish dip. Delish! Best baked potato I have had in a very long time. No foil wrap! To die for. Crisp on the out side and fluffy on the in side! With the best sour cream and chive. I was tossed between side salad and lobsterbisk soup. She was kind enough to offer us a sample. I did not care for it. My husband loved it. If you like the full flavor of lobster, this would be the soup you would order! My husband had already ordered the French onion. It did look good. He said it had tender onions ,but he has wished he had order the other. Said it was OK on taste. He eats Onion soup most always so he would know! I went with the side salad. I choose the house dressing. It had a nice flavor, on the sweet side. I only would of liked it better with more greens. I always have to pick half the salad out. Hard white pieces are bitter. Basic head of lettuce, and the normal toppings. Nothing special, but it was just the side salad. I recommend trying one of the others they offer if you are looking for a real salad. My husband ordered his prime rib with the lobster tail. It was well represented. Looked huge. Grilled it appeared. I did have a taste but I was not up for fish. The tail was a little on the tough side I thought but my husband devoured half. It looked like two tails or they split one huge tail in half. It came with a tea light candled serving dish. I was impressed. We ordered NY style cheese cake with strawberrys. The cheese cake was very tasty. I think I could of done without the strawberry. Not in season and a bit bitter and tough. But I did enjoy the sauce on the plate. Just dipped ansd ate. So full we only ate a few bites. I hope I have the name of the waiterss correct. She did a great job socializing with us old folks. She must of over heard us talking about cheese and hot pepper flakes. We did not ask for it. Everything was so good I did not need it. Next thing I knew she brought it over! She did that with one other thing I am just old and can not remmber at this moment. Lol. I was impressed on how quickly everyine was moving to serve people. They filled up quick!! Lots of your people. I had to stop and thick where we were. My husband laughed. We are in Auburn Not Geneva . I also wanted to mention that they seem to do a large take out serves. Lots of cars where lined up and they have a separate entrance for the to go orders. Again I was impressed!! I give five stars based on location, easy to find!. Service/Servers. Decore/Atmosphere. Presentation of food. Quality of food. Quantanty of food!"

"In the city , great location . First time here . There's a bit of hype about this place apparently .. Got a gift card from work , thought we'd check er out .. Parked out back , Marriott and The Keg are in same building. Dark spot walking in! Ambiance! Greeted nicely, asked to sit and wait for a brief moment. Sat in a booth , cozy and private. Good/classy atmosphere and great service. Started with a Heineken on tap , was flat ahhh but got a Belgian Moon and did the trick. We both got caesar salads with our main courses, and were served those first.. would be nice to have mild/medium/hot option for garlic meh.. then came warm/soft home loaf mmm with butter.. then a few minutes later came the onion soup $10) .. delicious bold flavours with sherry and beef broth. Ordered top sirloin medium steak $38) and New York Strip loin medium rare $44) . Both were tender and juicy, and came with mushrooms, green beans , and garlic mashed.. Paired with Jackson Triggs Proprietors Selection $7.5 had with top sirloin) , and Three Thieves cab sauv $10 with New York Strip loin) Server asked how we were doing every so often which was nice . Washrooms were clean and pretty neat how you can walk by the kitchen on the way . Big spot in general. Nice night out!"

"The Keg is my favorite restaurant in the area. Portions are big, service is always great, and the bread is AMAZING. I'd highly recommend getting a Keg Classic. A Keg Classic comes with a salad, an entree, a side, and a medley of vegetables. For dessert I'd recommend the chocolate cake. It's a shame there aren't more Kegs in the area, it really is an amazing chain! Parking: Parking is hit or miss. If you go early you should be able to find a spot. If you go during their busy hours parking can be difficult."

"We spent the day in the Bishops Arts area. Stopped in Enzo's with a party of 6 for pizza. We had salads, artichoke dip and pizza. The bartender was very friendly. The waiter was attentive. The artichoke dip was good, totally different than the usual, salads were fresh, the pizza is more of a flat bread. It is like pizza toppings on a cracker. "Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."
