"Worth the trip! We were seated right away. Even though we did not have a reservation. I highly recommended having one! Server Cassie, she was very sweet and efficient. Bread/rolls warm and fresh were brought right as we sat. With a red dipping sauce that had a slight kick. So good I could not keep myself from eating them!! Drinks served We had wine and Champaign. Only problem was they did not have the full bottle of the small one I tried and you have to save your cork, to try and recork left overs if you wish to take unfinished bottle. I would suggest to bring your own cork. They only pace it in a paper bag as well. This was a disappointment. Other places have corks and plastic bag they seal. My Husband started with a appetizer. I enjoyed the bread and warm spicy dipping sauce! He ordered Shrimp Cocktail. Nice cocktail sauce with chucks of horseradish! Nice cold fresh shrimp. Good size portions. Tender and not so cold it hurts your teeth to bite into. They were delicious! We ordered prime rib special for Friday Night. Queen cut. Could of feed a family of four on one piece! Thick and cooked to perfection! Melt in your mouth!. We order Medium Rare. It came with a nice creamy horseradish dip. Delish! Best baked potato I have had in a very long time. No foil wrap! To die for. Crisp on the out side and fluffy on the in side! With the best sour cream and chive. I was tossed between side salad and lobsterbisk soup. She was kind enough to offer us a sample. I did not care for it. My husband loved it. If you like the full flavor of lobster, this would be the soup you would order! My husband had already ordered the French onion. It did look good. He said it had tender onions ,but he has wished he had order the other. Said it was OK on taste. He eats Onion soup most always so he would know! I went with the side salad. I choose the house dressing. It had a nice flavor, on the sweet side. I only would of liked it better with more greens. I always have to pick half the salad out. Hard white pieces are bitter. Basic head of lettuce, and the normal toppings. Nothing special, but it was just the side salad. I recommend trying one of the others they offer if you are looking for a real salad. My husband ordered his prime rib with the lobster tail. It was well represented. Looked huge. Grilled it appeared. I did have a taste but I was not up for fish. The tail was a little on the tough side I thought but my husband devoured half. It looked like two tails or they split one huge tail in half. It came with a tea light candled serving dish. I was impressed. We ordered NY style cheese cake with strawberrys. The cheese cake was very tasty. I think I could of done without the strawberry. Not in season and a bit bitter and tough. But I did enjoy the sauce on the plate. Just dipped ansd ate. So full we only ate a few bites. I hope I have the name of the waiterss correct. She did a great job socializing with us old folks. She must of over heard us talking about cheese and hot pepper flakes. We did not ask for it. Everything was so good I did not need it. Next thing I knew she brought it over! She did that with one other thing I am just old and can not remmber at this moment. Lol. I was impressed on how quickly everyine was moving to serve people. They filled up quick!! Lots of your people. I had to stop and thick where we were. My husband laughed. We are in Auburn Not Geneva . I also wanted to mention that they seem to do a large take out serves. Lots of cars where lined up and they have a separate entrance for the to go orders. Again I was impressed!! I give five stars based on location, easy to find!. Service/Servers. Decore/Atmosphere. Presentation of food. Quality of food. Quantanty of food!"

Awesome egg plant pharm dinner! The service was excellent and atmosphere was charming. Can't go wrong with soft dinner rolls and olive oil before entrees!

Great service and ambiance which they were open every day during week but hey they need a break huge menu and huge portions for left overs. The frozen takeout in the back is also my go to frozen meals!!

Yesterday, my daughter-in-law ordered food from Lascas in Auburn for a birthday party. We had sausage with onions and peppers, chicken Marsala, and broccoli Parmesan. Everything was fresh and delicious. I've dined there before, and it's definitely a place worth adding to your dining checklist. View menu

Lasca's in Auburn, NY is one of a kind. I ordered King crab legs and they came out perfect. The staff was personable and work together to get the job done. After Covid, I have not seen better team work than Lasca's. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a friendly environment and good tasting food.

I've never personally ordered from or visited this restaurant, but I definitely plan to. I have, however, experienced their catering, and it was impressive. The food offered a nice variety and was fresh and hot. The salad was crisp and delicious, and the lasagna was absolutely mouthwatering. My favorite part was the meatballs—they were enormous and packed with flavor! They did a fantastic job catering my work lunches and family events. Additionally, the restaurant has a more upscale and calming atmosphere.

I have been a fan of Lascas for many yers. Up to 2022 we had great food and outstanding service. Last night was another disappiontment. The food was very good but the service was very slow. We waited almost 20 minutes for the check. Our reservation was for 530 and we left 740. Try to get the servers attention was almost impossible. We also heard the table next to us say the same thing. The service for the past year has certainly gone down where one does not want to go back.Kudos to the cooks as the food is always great. View menu

Lasca's doesn't disappoint. We started with nice warm, soft rolls, butter and tomato oil. The tomato oil was very tasty and perfect for dipping the bread. I got the house salad and my friend had the Caesar. Her small Caesar was nice size. My small house salad was nice and fresh with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers but there was very little lettuce. I was surprised because portions are large! The house dressing was delicious and sweet. We both had the Chicken and Shrimp Dijon. Lots of beautifully sauteed chicken, fresh mushrooms and 4 large shrimp. The sauce was plentiful and had that nice Dijon flavor. I had a side of perfectly cooked fresh spinach and my friend had brussel sprouts. We finis...

I ordered the Chicken Lasca, which was a thin slice of chicken breast stuffed with lightly smoked ham (in small cubes, reminiscent of diner fare), Swiss cheese, and finely chopped fresh broccoli. Unfortunately, it was not very satisfying, and it was served with an average baked potato. The antipasto was quite large and filled with a good variety of ingredients, featuring mixed greens with imported meats and cheese tossed in vinaigrette, which was enjoyable. However, the special fried chicken with eggplant was the biggest disappointment of the evening. It was enormous, topped with a small amount of melted cheese and sauce, but I ended up taking most of it home to figure out what I was actu...
