"the only reason I give at this point a fifth star is that lawrence who was the saving grace of the evening. eating was good, but the service and the positive attitude as well as the attention of the lawrence was phenomenal. if it had not been for lawrence professionalism and skills, during the meal and upselling, the whole evening would have been a wreck. the flip side is caroline. she is the biggest part for this whole restaurant when I entered while waiting for my party that she was illuminating and talking to a hired before another employee at check-in booth. she didn't stop or even walk away as I and other customers walked. I am very dissatisfied with the fact that this would be allowed by the top management to customer a person of the management staff, especially other employees, to put such a bad foot as well as in the representation of the retirement.
