"It's been a while since I last dined at this restaurant, and after my recent visit, I can confidently say that I'll be returning soon. The food was delicious, but what truly set our experience apart was our wonderful host, Alex. He greeted us promptly and was extremely respectful. He made a point to check on us regularly and even took the time to chat with my son about their shared interests, which I thought was really special. Overall, this was the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time! Thank you, Alex, for your kindness! We will definitely be back; it's an amazing establishment! "

The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. However, the service was disappointing. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't check on us at all and didn't bring me a refill.

We have dined here several times and have consistently been very pleased with our experience. The staff is friendly and skilled, and the food is served hot and tastes great. We highly recommend this Red Lobster!

My husband took my grandson, who is 6 years old, and me out for a seafood meal. Although I’m not a huge fan of seafood, my grandson absolutely loves it. The food was fantastic, and even though the restaurant was very busy, the young host, Alex, seated us wonderfully. He was very polite and soft-spoken, contributing to a lovely atmosphere.

My husband took me and my six-year-old grandson out for seafood. While I'm not a big seafood lover, my grandson really enjoys it. The food was fantastic, and even though the restaurant was quite busy, we were comfortably seated by a young man named Alex, the host. He was very polite and soft-spoken, which added to the lovely atmosphere of the restaurant. View menu

I went to the restaurant for lunch, but after waiting more than twenty minutes and witnessing two other groups leave in annoyance, I was informed that I could sit at the bar and that a server would attend to me in about twenty-five minutes. I ultimately chose to leave, particularly because the restaurant wasn't even close to full—half of the tables were empty.

We went to Red Lobster as a little reward after spending the entire day at doctor's appointments. The restaurant was quite busy, but the staff was incredibly accommodating. We sat at the bar, where Emma served us. She acted as both the bartender and our waitress, and she was attentive and helpful in every way. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely come back when Emma is working.

We dined at Red Lobster as a special treat after spending the day at doctor's appointments. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff was very accommodating. We were seated in the bar area and our server was Emma, who also served as the bartender. She was incredibly attentive and helpful in every way. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and will definitely return when Emma is working. View menu

My husband, our three kids, and I dined at Red Lobster in San Angelo, TX, and we had a fantastic experience. Eating out with kids can be challenging, but our wonderful waiter, Sweeney, was incredibly patient and kind to them. He truly made our dining experience special with his charming personality. The food was delicious, and the drinks were exactly what my husband and I needed. We will definitely return for another meal!

We didn’t even get the chance to be seated. We were told that there were only enough servers for two tables, and then we had to wait ten minutes before anyone else was seated. My wife and I, along with our 4-month-old, 1-year-old, and 3-year-old, felt like we were more than the staff could manage at noon. We're not a demanding group and know that things can get hectic, but this restaurant seems to be declining. I wouldn't recommend it for parties of three or more. Additionally, the nearly empty parking lot was quite disappointing.

"Traveled 90 minutes to visit after receiving a great referral. Nice, well maintained restaurant, nothing fancy. The chief visited our table when we we arrived, very friendly. Server was nice, very slow to get refills, had a lot of tables. Ordered the bread/toast appetizer w/balsamic and oil dipping sauce. Bread was over cooked, ran out of sauce, needed more, never saw server again until main course was delivered. I ordered a ribeye w/Jalapeño sauce, mash potato’s, green beans and a crab cake. My wife only eats shrimp as a protein, they were out of shrimp, no mention during the reservation process or online. She ventured out and order duck, same sides and side of scallops. For my entrée steak had no flavor, very dry (ordered medium, looked medium) I told my wife it was the worst steak I have ever had. Mashed potato were ok, good flavor, very thin. Green beans had no seasoning, terrible. Crab cake was ok, not worth the price. I ate two bites of steak and took the rest to my dog, he loved it. My wife’s duck was dry, sauce was grainy, she felt the same about the mashed potatoes and green beans. The scallops were ok, no sign of them being seared, scallops need to be seared. I tried the duck, was ok but nothing special. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée. Looked very different from others we have had prior. I don’t like crème brûlée, but this was the best dessert I have every had in my life, my wife agreed. Next time we’re in the area we will stop by for two crème brûlées and a glass of wine and pass on the food."

"Armenta 's Cafe has been around for about 28 years and has been serving the residents of San Angelo, Texas. Everyone in town knows, and has been too, Armenta 's and now it 's our turn. Armenta 's sits on a corner in a residential section of San Angelo with parking of the sides and a big parking lot across the street, where we parked. A good number of people are here and Armenta 's has expanded out to one side with a nice large dining area. We went in via the Main Front Door, were greeted by the Hostess and informed to take a seat anywhere you want. Found a booth and made ourselves comfortable. By looking around inside you can tell Armenta 's has been around for a long time and has a Very Warm feeling, but well used. It 's also kind of crowded with tables in the center stationed pretty close to the booths and the decor is what one would expect in a Mexican Restaurant nicely done, especially in the newer section. Maci is our Server and brought over a basket of their Very Warm Fresh Chips and a bowl of their Very Hot dipping Sauce, but very Flavorful and it is HOTTT. My Wife and I started off with a glass of water. We looked over the Menu trying to decide what we want. A couple days ago I informed my Wife and they have Fried Shrimp, which is one of her favorites and that 's what she wants. Maci returned with our waters and we placed our order. My Wife is going with the Fried Shrimp : 6 Large Fried Shrimp with French Fries, Rice Pilaf, Salad and Toast. I am having Armenta 's Fajita Enchiladas ; 3 Soft Rolled Corn Tortillas filled with Marinated Beef Fajitas, American Monterrey Cheese. Served with Roasted Tomatoes, Chile De Arbol Sauce, garnished with Guacamole. For our drinks my Wife is having a Diet Coke and I ordered their Horchata. It 's been a long time since I had one of those and I LoVe ThEm. Maci took our order and we enjoyed those Warm Chips and HOTTT dipping sauce that stuff is really goooood. More and more people are coming into Armenta 's and all the tables booths are filled. The adjoining room has it 's own outside door for access and they are almost filled up lots of people are here. Maci brought over our drinks, chatted with us for a short time and I presented her with the Dollar Bow Tie Award and she loved it. I don 't always hand it out early like this, but Maci is Very Sweet in checking on us as she has and this place is really busy she earned it. My Horchata is really good with a nice amount of Cinnamon throughout love that flavor. Soon my Wife 's Fried Shrimp arrived and those 6 Large Shrimp are actually Red in color due to the Breading, which has a nice crunch to them and tastylicious Shrimp inside (my Wife let me have one). Her Rice Pilaf is on the dry side but her Salad is Fresh and Crisp. The French Fries are also a little dry and no crunch but you can tell they are All Potato with nothing added. My Fajita Enchiladas is a Beautiful Presentation of the entire dish. The Enchiladas has a fair amount of Fajitas inside and they are different but pretty good. Love the Chile De Arbol Sauce on top, some really good flavor there. The Rice is moist with good flavor and the Re fried Beans (which was not listed) covered with Cheese is really good nice flavor. I actually had a couple of my Wife 's Shrimp and there were some French Fries left on her plate. I ate all of mine because that 's what I do and I do it very well. Nancy even made a comment about that, that her Mom would be very proud of me cleaning my plate like I said, it 's what I do. Armenta 's is pretty good, especially for the price compared to other places. You get some good food that will fill you up for a little money and some Darn Good Service. The whole time we were there we noticed that All their Staff is really busy taking care of their customers. When we left there were a lot of vehicles parked around Armenta 's and the big lot was almost full. We enjoyed our 12th Anniversary outing and Armenta 's is a nice place. We are going to lighten it up for our Dinner tonight because we ate a Big Lunch."
