"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."

"We chose to have our anniversary dinner at Bristol. After being seated, we ordered our food but were then neglected for the rest of the meal. The waiter attended to every other table except ours. I had to get up and ask the manager for the check so we could leave. It was a mistake to eat there and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's worth paying more for better service elsewhere."

"It's a shame that they've closed down. The reason given was a rent increase, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's more to the story. The mall itself is losing its appeal as both a shopping destination and a residential area. Over the years, I've dined there many times and never had a bad piece of fish. While it was pricey, they often offered coupons and had great happy hour options that made it more affordable. I'm really sorry to see them go, and I'd love to see them open up in a different location."

"We decided to do Brunch at Brystols for my son's birthday celebration. The server was wonderful- prompt and explained the brunch stations and menu since this is our fist visit for brunch here. There was an excellent selection of breakfast, salad and desert offerings and a wonderful omlet staion and carving station as well. We did not leave hungry and the food was very good."

"We were seated immediately upon our arrival (an early 4:30PM dinner). The service with the water and the cheddar dinner rolls was immediate. Shortly after, our order for the appetizer and dinner drinks were taken. Our meals (one halibut, one scallops) were served in a reasonable amount of time. They were served fresh and hot. The portion sizes are not large. Everything was cooked to order and as expected. We did split the carrot cake as a desert. It was a nice sized piece of cake. It was fresh and tasted great. The dinner was enjoyable. The service was attentive. We have been here before and will continue to dine at the Devon in Hershey, PA."

"Very interesting history of the Hershey family and products. The tour starts with an upstairs walkthrough of the history and products, then a walk through of the Cuba experience, to finish with an optional trip into a chocolate lab and gift store. Very interesting and interactive displays, free parking behind the building, and knowledgeable staff willing to answer any questions. Visited on: Weekday Wait time: No wait Reservation recommended: No Price for adult entry: $21–30"

"Wow! The hotel is located at Lawrence Shopping Centre. The complex is now under new ownership, and they've made some improvements, bringing in new retailers. This pizzeria has been around for 30 years, as long as I can remember. The restaurant is family-run, with a father and son working on-site, and they are incredibly friendly and personal. Their menu features high-quality items that go beyond just typical pizza. Be sure to try the NY Strip, Vodka Rigatoni, and Panini Sandwiches. There's plenty of parking available, and it's ADA-compliant. They also have two dining rooms suitable for private events."

"I've tried a variety of dishes from this place, and most have been rather average. The cheesesteak, for instance, was disappointing—it had no onions, and there wasn’t even an option to add them on DoorDash. There wasn’t enough cheese, and it wasn’t blended well with the salty, dry meat. I wouldn’t order that again. The fries were soggy, undercooked, and completely unsalted. However, they did give a decent amount in the small order, so after I put them in the air fryer and added some salt, they were passable. Most of the pizza is decent, except for the chicken with peppers and onions, which I really didn’t like. My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza, but even that is just okay—not amazing. The standout dish for me has been the penne vodka. It was delicious, and they even included a side of garlic knots that were pretty good too. The girl at the counter seems a bit discontent, but she’s not unfriendly. Overall, I’m giving Zio's three stars. It's pretty average, but there are some redeeming qualities that keep me coming back, especially since it’s the only pizza option in Chinatown."

"It was very busy, but the restaurant has a lot of seats, so I didn't have to wait long. The food seems to be made fresh. I ordered the Oaxaca Bowl and it was amazing. Good food, rice and beans were tasteful. The vegetables should not be overcooked. The free chips were warm and the salsa was lightly spicy. Be careful because it is easy to fill them. My waiter checked me regularly and the place was pretty clean. Compared to recent experience in similar restaurants, I am very impressed. A huge television hangs over the seats that show FIFA World Cup. The decor is beautiful and you have comfortable high-back stands. I will definitely be back!"

"This is definitely one of the better Chinese dining experiences I've had in the North Shore area. It's a brand new place and could use a few adjustments. The pan-fried dumplings were a bit doughy, but the pork filling was tender and full of flavor. The crispy beef was fantastic. The General Tso's chicken was good, although it might have been improved if the chicken had been sliced into thinner pieces. Overall, I’m likely to return soon."

"Me and my family went to this restaurant and honestly didn’t have a terrible experience. The wait was longer than I desired, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t too full, but I tried to be understanding because we had a large party. When our food arrived, it was mediocre at best. It was our first time trying it and I can confidently say we will not be back. This is not because of the food quality, however. It is because after we left the restaurant a friend of mine saw a picture posted of me and my family seated at our table on someone’s social media. The photo was captioned something along the lines of “don’t be like these people and stay ten minutes after closing” and was posted by our server. First and foremost, I am appalled that me and my family were posted without our consent. And secondly, how DARE Kevin Smith talk poorly about his customers who tipped him well despite the fact that he was inadequate in every aspect of serving. He was slow, didn’t check on us very often, and even left a tray at our table after serving us, and that doesn’t even begin to cover all of it. And yes we were there after they closed, but if they learned how to serve us in a timely manner, this wouldn’t have been the case. I’m really disappointed to say that we won’t be back to your restaurant any time soon. Do better, Sakekawa."

"The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, but be cautious of additional fees when paying with a debit or credit card. The sign indicating the fee is not easily visible and should be more prominently displayed. It would be helpful for the staff to verbally inform customers of the fee when using a card for payment."

"We had lunch here, and it was sparkling clean! Fast, friendly, and fantastic customer service. We were offered lunch-size portions of our meals, which was perfect for us. All the food was flavorful, and above average Mexican food. The prices were spot on affordable. Highly recommend for a family dinner out when visiting the island! Service: Dine in"

"We’ve ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash a few times because their prices are fantastic and their pizza is really tasty. They have a huge menu. However, every time we’ve ordered the pizza, there’s been some kind of issue. Once, the pizza was so hot when it left the store that by the time it arrived, the toppings had slid off the crust. It still tasted great, though. We gave them another chance, but the pizza and wraps were so greasy that they soaked through the pizza box and the wrapping. We foolishly tried a third time because the pizza is delicious, but this time it was mostly crust with very little toppings. We’ve decided to move on, even though we wanted to support a local business."

"I frequently take charge of the menu when we dine there, as the portions are impressively large, and my family always ends up with leftovers. Everything we've tried has been delicious, and I highly recommend their house salad with peanut dressing—it's a must-have for me! My kids are big fans of the orange chicken, and they always request it to be mild. When we order shrimp on our dishes, the shrimp is always perfectly sized. We keep coming back because the quality of the food truly speaks for itself."
