"Everything was fine, if not bland. The proportions in the burritos were terrible, very little pico, carne asada (despite the upcharge), or guac (again, despite the upcharge). The lengua was tender and well cleaned, but was barely seasoned and could'veused a little sear or something. If it were relatively inexpensive, I wouldn't care, but a $15 burrito shouldn't be 70%rice. There's a dearth of good Mexican food in the area, but it's worth driving to places like Taqueria El Amigo to get thegood stuff. Even Los Amigos right in Newton is light-years better, and less expensive."

"I used to go go to the old time Sharkeys on Reseda Blvd. It has been years, so I was happy to see one in Chatsworth. EXTREMELY disappointed. They used to have different fish. Fish of the day that one could have in a burrito. Not anymore. The only fish (listed as a “protein” for 3 dollars extra) was SALMON. sorry but not even appetizing. Salmon w Spanish beans? And rice? As a fajita? As a burrito? IF I had stayed that Salmon Burrito would have been 16 dollars. For just a burrito. I’d have to pay for a drink so it’s lunch for 20 bucks. Sorry Sharkeys. But you’ve lost your way. The salmon burrito didn’t even sound good. The other choices were chicken and tofu. Wish it was the same as the old Sharkeys, before it was sold. Original one had tables and surf movies playing and a fun atmosphere. Whoever bought it turned it into same old same old may as well be any old salsa bar takeout places. I don’t order. Salmon w beans sounded horrible. No other options of fish. Hard pass. On another note the place looked clean and well kept. But no to a burrito that will cost that much. How much salmon is in it anyways? So I drove the 90 minutes home without lunch."

"OMG! I was in the area and searched “food near me” and decided to try this spot out! Omg, best decision ever. I ordered the shrimp burrito and shrimp tacos. Very flavorful! There’s a “special” sauce in the burrito that has changed the game for my tastebuds, forever! I was perfectly fine with the Chipotle burrito for my Mexican-inspired eats, but now, I’ve seen the light!! I found the taco flour to be a bit dry and not as flavorful but the salsa verde and salsa picante gave the tacos the kick it needed and made up for the dryness."

"It's a version of Mexican fast food, a place where you can order something to entertain yourself when you're hungry. Now, when you are paying your bill, you have the option to leave a tip but to be honest, I don't think the service deserves it, you orderat the register and you have to get up from your table to pick up your food as well as cleaning your table. I left the 15% of mibill as a tip but the employees are , in my opinion, not friendly at all, We didn't feel welcome."

"The prices on the menu were much lower than what I ended up paying. After I placed my order, I wasn’t allowed to make any changes, and the staff didn’t seem to care or understand the difference between the menu prices and what I was charged. This experience was quite unprofessional and really ruined my lunch. To be frank, it affected my entire day. I made my choices based on what I thought were the correct prices on the menu, and the staff's indifference to this error was disappointing. I'm not even sure if..."

"This Mexican restaurant is fantastic for a relaxed meal. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide variety of dishes and proteins, making it a great choice for groups. The nachos are delicious and generously sized. The veggie tofu tacos are tender and come with both flour and corn tortillas, making them a great option for vegetarians. The Churros are some of the best I've ever had and are a must-try if you're in the area."

"There is a young woman named Evie who works at this restaurant. She took my order at the register and was the most cheerful person I've encountered in a while! Hopefully, you will have the chance to meet her. She was friendly, funny, and helpful. She knew the menu well and assisted me in ordering for my daughter. I tried the shrimp tacos, tempura style. They were delicious, but I found the batter to be a bit too much for my taste, so next time I will try the grilled ones. The beans and rice were tasty, and my daughter really enjoyed her chicken quesadilla. The food was excellent, 10/10. The other customers dining at the tables appeared happy and even struck up conversations with us. The manager on duty was Jim, who was welcoming and kind. Thank you all! We will definitely return soon!"
