"We stopped in 39 while we were visiting Charleston. After we were seated, it was a good 10 minutes before a waitperson came to the table. We both decided to order a good cheeseburger with fries. Both of our burgers were burned on one side which was hard and crispy. The burned taste was absolutely terrible. We knew the restaurant's prices were high but knew their burgers must be delicious for the price. Our drinks consisted of water and our meal was a cheeseburger and fries.
