"Don’t order online. They won’t start your order at all until you’re physically standing there, and only after you’ve nagged them every two minutes to start your order. This is despite not even walking in for a good 10 minutes past the ready-by time. Even when they’ve started your order, they’ll do one thing in your order then go right back to serving a dine-in customer. Meanwhile, there’s always at least one employee standing around, doing nothing but pretending to work by looking intently at something, anything, except you and your online order. This behavior is not just one employee. It’s every single one of them, and it’s obvious that it’s behavior encouraged and trained by Mark the manager who likes to stand around and smile and joke with his employees, never making eye contact with customers, while there’s a line of online order customers being ignored and lied to. Apparently, that manager makes good money to goof around with his employees. What happened with this place? Why treat customers this poorly on purpose? Is online money not as good as in-person money? You offer the online service, so do your job and make the food that I payed for online!!!"

"I normally have very good experiences at Panda Express but this particular restaurant has issues with their employees. I was there in June 2, 2022. The food was fine. But I could not enjoy eating it There was a female employee literally yelling, very loudly, at one of the managers in Spanish (I'm fluent). They'd go back and forth. She was complaining about how he doesn't do enough and how he wanted to be a manager and now he's not doing what he's supposed to. I was working while I ate and was there probably an hour or so and the yelling was continuous up until a second manager came in (had same color shirt as the other gentleman) . The employee would only yell at the first one. It was MOST annoying. The other employees were just quiet and doing their job . I would never go eat there again if u knew that employee was still there."

"Went to the drive thru tonight for a three entree plate, was told to hold on a minute and i politely replied take your time , ...... that apparently was my first mistake. After about 3-4 minutes, girl asks what id like to order, as i proceed to tell her id like a three entree plate with all chowmein, her response was would you like chowmein or rice i repeated my order of chowmein, and then as i ordered two of the three items, i was told to hold on mid order. I then waited aboit 2-3 minutes, and a different girl then asked me what i wanted again. I repeated my order, again and finished with that will be all . Girl replied well if thats all, pull up . Irritated at this point but not yet mad, i finally got to the window, and asked what my total was, the girl responded... what did you order again, so for the third time i reapeated my order in clear detail. The girl then rolled her eyes at me and walked away and another female worker approached the window, and asked me for a fourth time what i ordered....i now asked to speak with the manager clearly being quite upset. Now here Liz the manager enters the story, when she came to the window i explained what had happened, and she responded ill see what i can do what did you order so i told her with a bit of irritation stating this would be my fifth time repeating my order, and i still have not been told my total, she then rolled her eyes at me and got an attitude and asked if the shrimp i ordered was honey walnut or spicy, with quite a smirk on her face as if she was intentionally trying to irritate me further. She then walked away and i waited for 5-6 maybe 7 minutes i then just drove off not even wanting the food anymore. This establishment has never been uphill so i cant say it went downhill, ever since Liz has been manager of this place, its nothing but constant attitude and horribly trained employee 's. Sad to say with the new wage increase, the owner will lose business more and more until this is resolved, either retrain Liz or find someone who 'll treat the consumer with respect and appreciation. Tonight was my last visit to that location."

"I was hesitant to order in the afternoon, thinking we might receive old or soggy leftovers. However, it was evident that the food was freshly made. The chicken breading was crispy, the vegetables were crunchy and flavorful, and the sauce was fresh and velvety, not gelatinous from sitting too long. I will definitely be ordering from here again."

"This Palm Springs Sunrise location is a nightmare. 2 of the last 3 times I've walked in they had no white steamed rice. First time it was an hours before they had any. Just now, they said 15 minutes and it took 45! How does a Chinese Fast Ford chain run out of rice so often? They also raised the price and now use a smaller container. Biodegradable, but smaller. The staff is clueless on running a successful business. Yes, they're hiring non stop."

"The food was reasonably good. The service was abhorrent. As I'm ordering the food, I ask, what time do you close? The employee says 9. Yet, after I order my food, and they hand it to me, and I sit down, I'm advised that the dining room closes at 8:30.I should have known something was up when I attempted to order something off the menu 30 minutes before the posted closing time and was advised that they stopped cooking. When a restaurant stops cooking that's concerning. What the attendant did not know was the other attendant already informed me that they would make me fresh what I asked for.Apparently the fact was lost on this restaurant employee that when you serve a customer in a dining room, regardless of what time the restaurant closes, the customer gets to finish their meal. I rushed through my meal and got out in less than 10 minutes. But I was definitely made to feel as though I inconvenienced the staff.Restaurant owners should be more careful to hire people that will positively represent their business. I'll never be back to this Panda Express."

"We occasionally enjoy the delivery of Panda Express. It is like a fast food version of Chinese foods. The staff is beautiful, and they have a variety of different dishes that are continuously freshened. The parts are large and a good value. I am sad that they will no longer make ginger for me; I'm very allergic. Because they don't do that anymore, there are now only two ducks I can enjoy. I hope they will change this policy. If they do, we will order them better in the future."

"Love panda, the cooks work really hard and deserve probably 85 percent of any praise, in my case 100%. I had ordered online, and was told I need to wait (and interrupted me before I could say a single word) twice by the person who provided customer service. I sat there watching the order they just prepared and put into a to-go pick up bag sit there for I would say the longest ten minutes of my life, and was about a half second from hopping over the counter and grabbing my order when the cook (who was cooking like 3 things at once) noticed me and got my bag. I won't be petty and one star the restaurant because of one employee, but I will say watching my food turn from fresh into leftover quality in front of my eyes, while being told to wait, was torture."

"Went through drive thru. I do not eat grains as they me tummy distress. So I chose the veggies. These were not to the tooth or tender crisp. They perhaps blanched because the color was a bit brighter. I could only eat the nappa cabbage or maybe it was bok choy. The was nicely cooked. I could not even bite the asparagus stem or the green beans. The xhicken roll was soggy. No for me! Next time I will go to the Chinese place on SR 17 or next to Winn-Dixie off of Amelia Concourse."

"Panda Express in Collierville has been a great solution for us during COVID. We truly appreciate their take-out Family Packs. I believe the honey walnut shrimp and Angus steak entrees are as good as any Chinese food I've had anywhere, including New York and San Francisco. We both enjoy the teriyaki chicken, while my husband prefers the kung pao chicken, which is a bit too spicy for me. I wasn't a fan of the "almost chicken," but I think the spring rolls are delicious. The restaurant is generous with their condiment packets, and we consistently find the staff to be warm and customer-focused. For us, the Family Pack offers excellent value, providing us with multiple meals."

"Waited for my 3 large sides (which my chow mein wasn’t even filled all the way…)in the lobby for over 15 20 minutes without ANY kind of update, after noticing two other male employees ask them what was going on with our order. I didn’t want to make them feel rushed cause I’ve worked in food service and understand how it can get, because it was the dinner time rush and so I finally went up to the counter and asked if I could have some kind of update as to what was going on with my order and got met with attitude and horrible customer service by two of the young women that were working one that was working the register and the other that was putting food together for other people. Felt very unwelcomed and unhappy with the service provided. Unsure if I will bother to go there again."

"My sister has a Uber Ess order that came to about $40 and when we got the food, it was not completed. Half of the order was missing and it is called 20 times (they are still open) and they do not pick up. Apart from that, the orders they gave us were wrong. We ordered 2 bowls, 1 bowl with chow my and orange chicken (what the chow my missing) and another one with chow my fried rice and shrimps. They did not give the fried rice and gave us brown rice. We also ordered a large plate or food and 12 Ranchons they didn't give us."

"Wasn't too happy with this location. I placed an online order for pick up at 5:15PM, got there at 5:20PM and there was a line out by the door. Thankfully for online orders, you go straight to the front and let them know you're there to pick up an order, so I did. I was told to wait while they got it ready, assuming they'll package the food right off the spot but that wasn't the case. 20-30mins went by, and I watch the staff get other to-go orders ready AND help the line go down. I was literally the last person to get their food, I could've waited in line and gotten my food quicker than going through this whole ordeal. As for the food, as it was supposed to be fresh, I came home within 20 mins with the food ready to and it didn't taste nor smelled fresh. The food did not sit well with me and my girlfriend by the end of the night, might've been food poisoning."

"Your newest employee, who looks to be about 17, is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. The employee was a younger Caucasian female. Not only was she very rude to me but I watched her yell at an older lady to take her card out of the machine and then proceeded to swing the bag at her and ask her, ?if she had it? with a very nasty attitude. When I ordered everything was going fine until I got my food. I asked for sauce when paying and instead of them giving me sauce, the same employee I?m talking about proceeded to tell me that I would need to get back in line and wait for it."

"Panda Express is always consistently good. I have no problem with quality of the food at this Panda Express. Moreover, I do not even have a problem with the service at this location. The service is always polite and timely. HOWEVER, they are constantly out of items or you to wait for them to make it. Furthermore you MUST use a credit/debit card, on the rare occasion that they do take cash. You need to have exact change. I know that I am not an Outlier and I am not sorry to say so. "Who ever works the front counter has the absolute WORSE attitude, he wants to be extremely rude, and then laugh when you get rude back. I placed an online order and my boyfriend went to pick it up, they kept stating over and over they did not have the food when we could literally see it. My boyfriend offered the order number, the order itself, and both of our names. They proceeded to say they have no idea what he was talking about and after them arguing I finally went up there and got them to give him the food. I will be going out of my way to AVOID this panda even though it is 3 minutes away from my house. It was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever had, and it was mainly over the cashier. Do better. Learn Customer Service and maybe you won’t get chewed out by customers."

"The food was amazing, I had the Chow Mein and Orange Chicken which honestly there isn't a better place you could possibly find Orange Chicken that I know of. But there was a problem for my father who wanted to get Beijing Beef but they were out and he got something else but right after he filled up that spot someone put a pot of his previous order in fresh and he never got any. So that's a little off putting but other than that i can't complain about anything. Absolutely would recommend to individuals and families"
