Panda Express - Menu

The past 2 time ordering they sent the wrong food and there was hair in the food not one but a cluster of like 4 and for some reason the don't know how to put a straw in the bag typically the food is good but not recently they need to take a long look at management and figure out that hair net

Food is great, when they have it, as they are always out of food also they get our orders wrong every time. They gave us a free meal next time offer when we went to use it, they again were out of everything we wanted to order on top of that, the girl was extremely rude. What is going on over there?

Terrible experience! The steak was so tough that I had to spit it out. It used to be my favorite dish at other Panda locations. Additionally, they served such a tiny portion of the Kung Pao that there were only 2-3 pieces of chicken, mostly filled with peanuts and zucchini. The food is good, but customer service is lacking. Not sure if it's clean, because I was in drive thru. I've been there twice, and usually a long wait. employees act like, I was taking up there time, but there food is good. That's about it. 1 other thing, in drive thru when your leaving it puts you right in to 4 lanes of traffic. That's about it.

The staff at the drive-thru were unfriendly and unpleasant! Additionally, we had to wait in our car for quite a while because our order wasn't ready. After 20 minutes, we still hadn't received it, so we went inside and waited another 10 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, it was served to us in a rude manner after a total of 30 minutes.

Not at all impressed, you have people working here. You just don't know what they're doing at all. My daughter applied for a position there and she was rejected. She actually has serve safe and is a shift manager at the job that she has right now. Yet they have people working there who can't speak fluent English and shouldn't be. Taking taking Orders. Terrible service, employee was was very rushed and short with me. My servings were tossed in the container and portion sized were off. Tons of noodles under my orange chicken, with q very small amount of chicken (see photos). I've visited alot of pandas expresses but this one was one of thr worst. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. But I won't be returning, nor recommending this location.

The customer service and cleanliness is fine, but every time I come here the past couple months they give me the wrong food, or overcompensate with one dish because they were sparse with another. This particular time they gave me an abundance of an item I don’t like instead of an item I paid extra for. Again being sparse with the one entre I actually asked for. Anyone who’s been to this drive through knows it’s not an easy place to check your items before driving away. I’ll just go next door to Chinese sun from now on thank you.

Love panda, the cooks work really hard and deserve probably 85 percent of any praise, in my case 100%. I had ordered online, and was told I need to wait (and interrupted me before I could say a single word) twice by the person who provided customer service. I sat there watching the order they just prepared and put into a to-go pick up bag sit there for I would say the longest ten minutes of my life, and was about a half second from hopping over the counter and grabbing my order when the cook (who was cooking like 3 things at once) noticed me and got my bag.
