Panda Express - Carte

I had no complaints during my early dinner. The food is always great, and the staff is friendly. It's definitely one of my favorite places to dine!

This restaurant is always lively with customers. It's an excellent spot for quick American-style Chinese food. They accidentally missed one of my entrees, but given how busy they were, I can understand.

On February 29, 2022, I ordered two entree plates for $9.20 each, which included honey chicken, chicken teriyaki, and chow mein. I also got two orders of crab for $1.50 each, but they didn’t have much filling. The restaurant was quite crowded.

It's Panda Express, so the food was great as always. However, I can't say the same for the service. The staff behind the counter who served the food and handled my payment were far from friendly; they seemed like they were having a miserable day.

I recently visited Panda Express and was really impressed by how clean and well-organized it was. I had a wonderful experience, thanks to a manager named Candace, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive. She efficiently managed a large influx of customers and even took the time to assist a customer who was hard of hearing. Candace did an outstanding job and made my visit even more enjoyable. The food is excellent when it's available, but don't count on it being delivered on time when you order online. It's often undercooked when you pick it up as well. I usually try to avoid driving, especially for certain dishes. Today, I waited 25-30 minutes for chicken, and they were out of my choice of chow mein and fried rice. The other Panda Express locations in Eugene have been just as inconsistent.

I had also ordered brown rice but received stir-fried egg rice instead. When I called the manager to address these issues, she told me, "You need to file a complaint through the app you ordered from; it’s beyond our control. Plus, there’s no way to tell if it’s chicken or not." I explained that I have pictures and was frustrated that I had to lodge a complaint through the app despite the fact that I was served the incorrect food. This is absolutely ridiculous! I'm considering legal action for being served meat when I specifically do not eat it!

This Panda Express is quite unique, as it only offers drive-thru service. I really liked the "How to Panda" sign, which makes ordering straightforward. You can choose a meal, side, and three entrees. I opted for a bigger plate, which always sounds appealing. My meal included chow mein as the side, and for the entrees, I chose #1 Orange Chicken, #2 String Bean Chicken Breast, and #3 Broccoli Beef. However, I found out that all the plates are actually the same size, so my third entree didn’t fit and came in a separate container.
