"Why say you're open till 9:30 if your kitchen is closed and cleaned up an hour or more before closing. Just because you don't want to be open or serve food. Maybe just maybe find a different job. Customers see open till 9:30 then be open to serve till 9:30. If not then CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO 8:30 ... SO YOU CAN SHUT DOWN AT 7. Maybe eventually you'll just be SHUT DOWN AND WE'LL SEE YOU AT MCDONALDS .... Who is open 24 hrs. Lol. Your store sucks. Your noodles are hard enough to floss with and complaining about a customer wanting 3 of your crappy sides when the chances are they won't eat one of them because there is always a chance one is dried out or even 2 of them. Cuz your rice is like pebbles on occasion. For those that eat here .. make your own home rice and noodles or veggies or well main course ... cuz most stuff here has one issue or another. Or you can't even get it. New Hours : Monday- Sunday 11 am to 2 pm. Let's just be realistic... you'll close by 1. So just tell us what's the new restaurant replacing you?"

"I was very disappointed with my experience last night! I ordered the honey chicken, and it was so dry that I could hardly taste the chicken at all. Afterwards, I felt weak and had an upset stomach, and that was the only meal I had all day. The staff seemed more focused on their phones than on providing service, which was lacking. You can find much better quality elsewhere! Here, it felt like they were only offering the bare minimum. I will definitely not be returning to this Panda again!"

"we are here and have served. It was okay. the people who sell the food did not smile at all. I felt really uncomfortable. then I noticed that they only give you a fork and a serviette. I was hoping I'd get a bang. my friend and I went to target and then we came back to meet the table still creepy. was not cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves?. we played a card game and we were not thrown out for the whole racket we caused? vegetarian options: they had vegetarian meals, but had more non-vegetarian meals child-friendly: there is no place for children to play, but they can buy card games or something they can play when they sit. I don't think it's something for them as long as they buy something: the parking lot was okay. but they can easily park and if there is no parking by chance, they can be accessible at one of the shopping centers near it parking wheel chair: there is wheelchair access from parking to the house door that leads to the restaurant, but it is a manual door so that they have someone who opens it for them or they have to open it themselves? dietary restrictions: they write the amount of calorie they are per serving of any dish they order that is beautiful."

"I normally have very good experiences at Panda Express but this particular restaurant has issues with their employees. I was there in June 2, 2022. The food was fine. But I could not enjoy eating it There was a female employee literally yelling, very loudly, at one of the managers in Spanish (I'm fluent). They'd go back and forth. She was complaining about how he doesn't do enough and how he wanted to be a manager and now he's not doing what he's supposed to. I was working while I ate and was there probably an hour or so and the yelling was continuous up until a second manager came in (had same color shirt as the other gentleman) . The employee would only yell at the first one. It was MOST annoying. The other employees were just quiet and doing their job . I would never go eat there again if u knew that employee was still there."

"Went to the drive thru tonight for a three entree plate, was told to hold on a minute and i politely replied take your time , ...... that apparently was my first mistake. After about 3-4 minutes, girl asks what id like to order, as i proceed to tell her id like a three entree plate with all chowmein, her response was would you like chowmein or rice i repeated my order of chowmein, and then as i ordered two of the three items, i was told to hold on mid order. I then waited aboit 2-3 minutes, and a different girl then asked me what i wanted again. I repeated my order, again and finished with that will be all . Girl replied well if thats all, pull up . Irritated at this point but not yet mad, i finally got to the window, and asked what my total was, the girl responded... what did you order again, so for the third time i reapeated my order in clear detail. The girl then rolled her eyes at me and walked away and another female worker approached the window, and asked me for a fourth time what i ordered....i now asked to speak with the manager clearly being quite upset. Now here Liz the manager enters the story, when she came to the window i explained what had happened, and she responded ill see what i can do what did you order so i told her with a bit of irritation stating this would be my fifth time repeating my order, and i still have not been told my total, she then rolled her eyes at me and got an attitude and asked if the shrimp i ordered was honey walnut or spicy, with quite a smirk on her face as if she was intentionally trying to irritate me further. She then walked away and i waited for 5-6 maybe 7 minutes i then just drove off not even wanting the food anymore. This establishment has never been uphill so i cant say it went downhill, ever since Liz has been manager of this place, its nothing but constant attitude and horribly trained employee 's. Sad to say with the new wage increase, the owner will lose business more and more until this is resolved, either retrain Liz or find someone who 'll treat the consumer with respect and appreciation. Tonight was my last visit to that location."

"Panda Express is always consistently good. I have no problem with quality of the food at this Panda Express. Moreover, I do not even have a problem with the service at this location. The service is always polite and timely. HOWEVER, they are constantly out of items or you to wait for them to make it. Furthermore you MUST use a credit/debit card, on the rare occasion that they do take cash. You need to have exact change. I know that I am not an Outlier and I am not sorry to say so. I spoke with ?Kiev? who would not provide the contact info of the manager, but he states I can drive down on Monday March 1st, 2021 to discuss it with the manager. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I will contacting the corporate office on 3/1/2021. This place should go out of business. We picked up a real dinner from a different restaurant. Do not waste your money on broccoli. If we wanted that broccoli we would have cooked it straight out of the freezer. Horrible experience. Horrible employee. "I worked as an area manager at Panda Express, and I have never seen a steam table shut down as quickly as this location did. My wife and I arrived at 8:20 a.m. – they close at 10 – and they had already closed the teriyaki chicken grill. The general manager, Martha, was warm but not very welcoming. When I asked for fresh teriyaki chicken since there was only a small amount left, she told me no. I understand that it can be challenging to maintain a fresh steam table when business slows down, but they should never say no to a paying customer. The treatment we received was inappropriate, and the customer service was terrible."

"I don’t normally go to panda but when I do it’s normally somewhat enjoyable. Most times everything was made how I’d expect but today I went through and got a plate with broccoli beef and chow mein. I drove all the way home and opened it up to literally just broccoli, no beef. I went back to show them what happened and even talked to the girl I had talked to when I went (LESS than 40 minutes before) and she brought over a “manager”. He was rude and didn’t understand and we even offered to pay again for a new order. Personally, it’s not worth my time to ever go back."

"just picked up a quick lunch, and super disappointed. The fried rice was gummy and pasty on the top, burned on the bottom. The walnut Shrimp had odd black spots on it (maybe burn marks? and the chicken dish I ordered had maybe 2 tablespoons of half inch sized chicken pieces. They were tasty pieces, but super small and hard to find. All things considered, one of the worst meals I've had at a place where I've been a 5 x per month diner for the past two years. "This restaurant branch is extremely unprofessional. I placed an order for delivery around 7 PM, and I didn't hear anything until I called the store at 8:46. They informed me there was a delay because all the Grubhub drivers were busy. However, I could see on my Grubhub order screen that no driver had been assigned. I then decided to go in for a pickup instead. When I arrived, the staff suddenly claimed that a driver had just shown up in the 20 minutes since I arrived and that my food had already been given to him. However, the delivery guy never actually came. I strongly advise against ordering from this place; find another restaurant where your money will be respected."

"Good was prepared fully correct and I received all my items! I was disappointed I couldnt request teriyaki and sweet and sour sauce, but they included the sweet and sour without me asking! However I’m only giving 4 starts simply due to the fact some small portions of the chow mein were burnt, and each piece of the Beijing Beef seemed to either be over cooked or out in the warmer for too long, as it was extremely crunchy and didnt have any texture to indicate meat. She then called me to ask me what I wanted while she was getting her plate served. I wanted to try a new special, so I asked for that. And the person behind told what do you want, anything else while she was on the phone with me, They rushed her to the cashier, she also asked for broccoli beef as well while she was paying cashier told , You waiting on cream cheese ragoons. My wife said no I asked for broccoli beef, there was broccoli beef on the dish and also it 's on the box B1, why are they asking her if she is waiting for creemecheese ragoons. Then they asked her to pay, $30 dollars didn 't offer her any drinks nor to make a donation. Yes, a donation is part of the 5 demands that panda asks for a cashier. As I worked at panda for 3 years as chef/ lead, under Cris,Fady Nina, and Ignacio aka nacho one of the regional chefs my locations were the valley fair mall, Campbell location north and 1st oakridge mall, and others . Panda is and will be one of my faves. But the way she came back almost crying for the poor quality and services is not right. She didn 't get any receipt of the order. No sauces, no utensils, and to top it off, I open the plate half my chowmein is uncooked her broccoli is hard to bite. This was my worst plate ever. I don 't like to make complaints, but Panda, you let me down. I would like to receive some sort off recompense or an apology, I wish I could attach the pics here. Please contact me back I 'm frustrated and angry this was in fact the worst experience ever."
