"Went to dinner here after reading reviews. Made a reservation for 8PM. This restaurant is farm to table and prepare when ordered. We weren’t aware of this but were excited! We ordered the sides of Brussel sprouts, duck fat fries, Mac and cheese and broccoli rice. Our waitress was training a waiter at the time. The bar was backed up it took a minute to get our drink. The food came out very hot and was delicious! The music choice in the restaurant was confusing. It played mostly jazz and soul music with a random White Stripes song thrown in. The wait staff was seen running around frequently mainly up the stairs. We noticed they were a very young staff as well. One boy dropped food, picked it back up and placed it back on the plate. The waiter in training spent the latter half of our entire meal talking to a table about Game of Thrones and his personal struggles quite loudly. The wait staff appeared to be pretty unkempt when it came to hygiene (hair and appearances). Ambience at this restaurant exudes southern, upscale, farm-to-table; but the wait staff exudes more of a Olive Garden feeling."
