"Our server had a lackluster demeanor and wasn’t very sociable or professional. She offered no recommendations on favorite sushi rolls or what other customers were enjoying. We had to repeatedly ask for water, and other members of our group had to keep asking for drinks. With a party of 7-8, we expected better attention compared to a table of just two. We were more than willing to spend our hard-earned money for a good experience, but it felt like our server didn’t care. I ended up getting up to buy a drink from the bartender behind our table just to enjoy my time. The bartender was fantastic—very energetic and welcoming.
As for the atmosphere, it was decent but somewhat dated and dark. The music, however, was enjoyable with great beats and a solid selection. Overall, I would opt to take my business elsewhere in the plaza, as I’m sure there are places with better service who care more about their customers.
Parking tip: If you go, make sure to bring a small vehicle or SUV, as parking is quite limited."
