It seemed like they were either avoiding work or moving at a snail's pace, which was surprising. I'm curious about who hires them. During my last visit, I approached a man wearing a headset for assistance. He said he would be with me in a moment, but he seemed uninterested and left me waiting for five minutes before a woman finally came to help. Overall, it felt very unprofessional."
