I go the 12 pc not the 16 that I ordered and I didnt get my gravy.

great location. a great outlet to buy gas and stop for lunch. eating was hot and fresh.

The home made tortills soup was not good. Chicken was burn, no torilla strips, lime or cheese included. Very disappointed. View menu

Sorry I forgot to take pictures. This El Pollo Loco is fantastic! The chicken is always great. They always have the sides we want. They are always on time. Plenty of salsa too.

this place is good, the inner is appealing. the personal needs more training in accuracy and efficiency. I had ordered a few here to mix or miss. the personal is very nice and accommodating.

best. my chicken burrito was so fresh gaiter. very accommodating. the chicken burrito combo came with chips. they let me replace it for the Loco salad. loco salat is so good. the Zilantro dress is everything. el pollo is one of my favs. View menu

Staffs very friendly and orders came out on time. Dining area is clean and tables bussed. I live on Copper hill and we have our local EPL nearby but this restaurant serves better and food is always fresh?it's worth the drive to Castaic!

I used to come here since 2012 and it has gotten SO BAD. I have noticed under new managers the chicken comes out like this. For the past few months the chicken has been dry, burnt, and tastes like rubber. When i called to complain that I received no receipt and why i paid so much for this quality the manager ‘MAYTE’ had the audacity to laugh and giggle to her co workers. NEVER AGAIN

“Left wing, chicken ? wing, it don’t make no difference to me” the chicken ? is dry more than most of the time and my meal is ruined. Excellent customer service, but I want to live in a world ? where the chicken ? is juicy and melting in my mouth not in my trash can.
