"I recently visited DESTIHL with friends and family, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. As a plant-based eater, I requested a minor accommodation on my pizza, asking for a specific ingredient to be excluded. The manager rudely responded, “Well then it wouldn’t be what it is,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I had to deal with three different employees before a fourth, who overheard the conversation, stepped in to help identify which foods didn’t contain dairy allergens. This person was the only highlight of an otherwise unpleasant visit. It’s disheartening that a simple request couldn’t be accommodated without such hassle and rudeness. If you’re a plant-based eater or have dietary restrictions, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Their customer service needs significant improvement."
