"I recently visited DESTIHL with friends and family, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. As a plant-based eater, I requested a minor accommodation on my pizza, asking for a specific ingredient to be excluded. The manager rudely responded, “Well then it wouldn’t be what it is,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I had to deal with three different employees before a fourth, who overheard the conversation, stepped in to help identify which foods didn’t contain dairy allergens. This person was the only highlight of an otherwise unpleasant visit. It’s disheartening that a simple request couldn’t be accommodated without such hassle and rudeness. If you’re a plant-based eater or have dietary restrictions, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Their customer service needs significant improvement."

We had the fish and chips. Fish was good. Seasoned tartar sauce was excellent! Waiter was nice, attentive and good. Place was busy for as expensive as it is. Wine prices are very expensive. We are wine lovers and belong to 12-15 wineries in 5 states. We have GOOD wine for less. Plus, there is an up charge for everything. Good restaurants usually don't upcharge for just a substitutions.

The best flavors in town. I've tried something different almost every time I've been there and have zero criticisms. You have to try the chips. Unbelievable! They're made in house. I live over 100 miles away and look forward to eating here every time I pass through. Great atmosphere and the staff is friendly and well trained. Parking: Parking on 3 sides of building, take away at side door, handicap parking is right at the door.
