"This is literally my favorite pizza and sub shop! Their prices are unbelievable. Honestly, I would be satisfied with just decent food for what they charge, but their food is truly amazing. I absolutely love their 2-foot-long steak bomb—it’s my favorite! The sub rolls they use have that almost sourdough texture, and I rate them a perfect 10/10. I can’t find any other pizza places that use rolls like those anymore. They’re always quick to prepare the food, too. You should definitely give them a try! Their pizza is fantastic, and the chicken broccoli ziti is also excellent. I just spent $80 on two large pizzas, a 2-foot sub, and a catering size of chicken broccoli and ziti, and it was worth every penny!"

"that eats is good, but my husband and I were there twice in a week. for the third time we have ordered ourselves via the phone and learned that the customer service is terrible. over the phone the owner shouted at me practically when I questioned the total number, as it was significantly higher than our last order with the same eating. He even hanged on me and I didn't even fear him. the price was inflated via the phone in comparison to person. we were excited about this place, but I will never give them a money after I was treated like that. very unprofessional and sad."

"We have been ordering from here for about 7-8 years now since we moved to the neighborhood. We order probably 1-2 times a week without any complaints. Everything has been great until recently. Delivery times have gone way up. Tonight took almost two hours. I understand they may be extra busy bc of Covid, but this should not effect the type of customer service they are giving. Tonight was the first night I called to complain. First to find out where our food was after an hour and twenty minutes, then to I called again when we received our food 15 min later cold. I called to just get some sort of apology. All the manager said was Oh that was a long time and offered no apology whatsoever. I would have been totally okay with an I 'm so sorry this will not happen again. They gave me a $10 credit for a $30 order that was barely edible. Everything had to be heated in the microwave. I doubt I will be using that credit anytime soon. Really disappointed."

"This was my second time ordering at this place before I just order the pizza with cheese the sauce was way too salty so I figured if I ordered the second time I would just get light sauce. There was no sauce on my pizza at all, the cheese completely separated from the dry bread it was not good. I ordered the wings with sauce on the side they were smothered in sauce the shells and cheese are very runny and subpar. When I called to speak to someone a lady would not even allow me to speak and kept talking over me she would not listen to anything that I had to say then when I responded with the same energy she was giving me she wanted to tell me God bless you I don't want to hear that this food is terrible. I spent over $40 here. Stay away from here the people have the nastiest attitudes and clearly can't read or follow instructions."

"We prefer to find local places to eat while traveling. This place looked right up our alley and it was. We got there on a Sat evening around 7:30 just before a large group walked in.Mannino's is not flashy, but it was clean. We ordered a plain cheese pizza and Fettuccini Alfredo. The pizza was HOT, right out of the over and loaded with cheese. The cheese had a slight sweetness to it which was different but we liked it. The fettuccini alfredo was creamy and the sauce not broken. This is a HUGE plus. So often when we order this the sauce is broken. The alfredo sauce was a little milder flavored but good.When the large group came in behind us, it was loaded with complaining people and the staff handled them professionally.We would definitely come here again when we are in town. My daughter and I often come up to Mechanicsburg for dog shows. We are about a half hour away. If the shows are out early enough this is a place I would drive for dinner."

"I was excited seeing a Novitnys listed in Worthington delivered to Ford City! Short lived excitement...my first order, no problems. Hot delish pizza. My second order was really late being delivered. The delivery driver called lost but didn 't leave her number. I called Novitnys and I was told, we don 't deliver to Ford City , The delivery person was the only one they had , and they were located in Saxonburg. I especially loved hearing you 're not our only customer ! And I was being nice! According to the woman on the phone, they no longer have a Worthington location nor do they deliver to Ford City. It 's a shame because they have such good pizza and they deliver...I never did get a refund like the woman said. they didn 't say there were 2 different businesses on the phone! I would 've ordered elsewhere!! NOW they reply with it."

They charge u an extra fee if u use ur credit card to pay the cc processing fee but they do not volunteer this pertinent info before u pay. Only is u ask. That is not being upfront w customers. There is no sign posted either that u are charged to pay THEIR Cc charge processing fee. Their soda fountain drinks only offer 1 size, less than 20 oz, probably 15 18oz. max. They offer cold 20oz bottled sodas but u pay more as if ur getting a 2Liter but ur only getting the 20oz. Still, their food is well prepared, consistently tastes great, fresh prepared they work hard to provide quick service. They still offer a slice of pizza which is as big as 2 slices but no more Pizza Special which used to include a soda. Soda is still the highest margin earner at MRP. They 're consistently one of the best pizzerias sub shops in Middle River White Marsh area. Give them a try!"

"I want to start by saying Naps is usually first-class food, but this time it was sub par. All we ordered was a big mouthburger with extra patties and a cheese pizza. We got the food and thought that there was already a problem with the big mouth, how tho we had ordered extra meat and it came only with 2 additional pattens (4 normally come, we got clarification, but it just got worse). After eating my pizza from the box it was not where close hot, probably closer to Raumtemp. Then when it came to the big mouth burgers, it was still pink in stains and one could pull the uncooked out of the boiled (at that time, that has never happened when we ordered). We have been ordering since February this year, and this is the first time that we are really disappointed."

"9/10 I would recommend this place if you want a super flavorful, buffalo chicken salad. I got it with grilled chicken. I will be back again. The food is incredible, and the people are very friendly.they are so kind and helpful. I will be back soon. Pizza was somebody else’s pizza also cold, They did not give me my baked ziti, came BACK to the restaurant to get my right order pizza is STILL wrong. "Mashallah food is usually good, but they always mess up once in a while.
