I live right behind them, so when I got hung up on, I went there to plead my case. I was so hurt how I was treated. After wanting to give me a 10$ credit, I asked, why on earth would I want to use a credit of mine at this establishment after what happened? So he claims he'll credit 10bucks back to my CC. for 10wings instead, which is all I wanted in the first place. Even tho, the price for 10 wings is 11.99, but ok, that's the way they do business. All of the aggravation simply could have been avoided. I'll be checking my card and let you know if further action on my part is necessary.Please 4give me for the curse word over the phone, I was frustrated but customers shouldn't have to argue about their money, when you make the mistake...09-17-21 it's 9-19-21, my issue has been resolved..Thank You"

I placed a walk-in order around 8:20 pm and waited about half an hour for our food. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect and we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. We had to make a nearly 40-minute round trip back to the restaurant with food we did not want. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this restaurant. I will not be returning as a customer. Takeout service for dinner. Service rating: 0/10.

So very angry right now! Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings. Pepperoni, sausage 1/2 green/banana peppers. Picked it up 5 minutes ago only to get home find mushrooms all over it. I am highly allergic to mushrooms. I cannot eat it. They are not answering the phone or taking any online orders. I paid almost $20 to throw away a pizza. My anger is mostly because I have always said this is the best place to get pizza.I would like to add that the next day I called explained what happened. They were so very nice.
