"Roma Little Italy on Fayette St. will never get my business again. I order from here often but today I will never do it again. They delivered the wrong food to my job. I ordered honey old bay wings and I received chicken tenders. I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes to prove that this occurred. First they told me that the chef said he fixed the correct food. I had to screen shot the chicken tenders and my receipt. Then they come back to the phone and admit that it was their fault but they do not have enough drivers and unable to send the correct food. They can offer me free wings the next time I order. Excuse me, there will not be a next time. So I was out of my money and food because I hate chicken tenders. The manager explained to me that he will refund my money or send me the correct order. I should give him a few minutes and he will call me back. I never received anything and the manager never called me back."

"The location was a bit tricky to get to, and parking was a challenge. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which was enormous, with generous chunks of chicken. The pizza also had solid-sized slices. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, it seemed reasonable given the portion sizes. Meals typically range from $12 to $15 per person. The dining room is very casual and seems to cater more to takeout and delivery."

"I ordered food for Din. I had coffee and water together with I had her Friday special from Beef and Burger Sandwich. They offered several options for one page to go with him. There were more possibilities for the site to this special restaurant offered than others I have ever visited. I chose Clam Chowder soup. I chose the burger not to have any additional conditions. It was amazingly juicy with a great mix of flavors that it did not end up needing condodiments in my opinion. Very nice taste. The soup could say was homemade and delicious. I recommend trying if you like Clam Chowder soup. I sat on the front bar to get a better look at the operations. Everything was well organized and great attention to detail was done by what I observed. Also their flow to each of the other customers, for presentation of each plate etc. The servers made sure that my coffee was filled at the right time without having to ask. The restaurant had a chic atmosphere at the same time feeling casual homemade food. During my totally random visit to this facility seemed what the owner was there. He seemed to take great interest that every customer cares and everything goes smoothly with attention to details. From my point of view, he really seemed to care for his employees, customers and restaurant. That I feel together with other things makes this restaurant out of others I visited. This restaurant is not far from Buffalo International Airport."

"La Bettola Italiano is some of the best Italian I have had to date in the northern Virginia area. I went with my family for my graduation dinner and my expectations were exceeded. The service was wonderful and the environment was pleasant. The food is made entirely in house, from start to finish, and it comes out hot. You can easily taste the difference in quality between this family run restaurant and a larger chain restaurant. For having a party of seven, the wait time was a little longer than anticipated. I noticed that they seemed very understaffed, so the wait time was understandable. All in all, it was a wonderful experience with amazing food. I highly recommend La Bettola Italiano to anyone in the NoVa area."

"As someone who grew up in Jersey City in the 90s and 00s, I came here looking for an ole fashioned Jersey City style slice, and was not disappointed! Delicious pizza, with the cheese perfectly melty. Bonus, the garlic knots were also very good. I hope Helen 's stays open for a long, long time but given that it is surrounded by the The Gentrifiers (Tm) up and down Newark Ave., I am cynical about its prospects to withstand the onslaught of more hip hipster? pizza places in the area. In the meantime, I will frequent Helen 's and support its business while its still around."

"I just don’t know what happened.. i’ve been going to Carmines for 48 years, give or take a year. A pizza is always been awesome, I now live out of state, and every time I’m back in the area, I stop in at Carmines, whether it’s for a slice or a whole pie. Well, I stopped by the other night, and ordered a pizza for eat in… I was so disappointed. Across just wasn’t right, there wasn’t enough sauce, I don’t know what happened on Saturday night. All I know is that the pizza I’ve been looking forward to for a month and a half wasn’t the same as it used to be, and I don’t know if I’ll ever be back."

"The food IS good, HOWEVER, they could have sent me to the hospital or even worse killed me. I went to eat my food and found shrimp in my salmon lo mein; I am allergic to shelled fish. When I called, I was simply told to bring it back for a new one (as if I had all of the time in the world) but there was no apology. I was told the cook said yes, I did it by mistake. (WOW!)I was left starving at work as I had to wait until my work day was to go back. When I took it back, I had to explain what happened ALL OVER AGAIN. There was no note left for the new shift?! It is a big deal to make the mistake of putting shrimp in someone 's food who is allergic to shelled fish. They did offer to remake the food but I declined and asked for a refund. The fact that, no one apologized and no one on the staff saw fit to explain the HUGE MISTAKE to the next shift showed that something like that can easily happen again."

"I live locally and used to always order A&M. I got a pizza burger sub, which I normally do from them, and im pretty sure they served me a hamburger patty that was well past it's expiration date. I took a bite and it had this weird taste, and then I smelled the patty and it has this scent to it that a burger shouldn't have. Wish me luck. I hope I don't get sick."

"This was my first time and last) ordering from here. I ordered 3 chicken cheese steak subs. My food was delivered good delivery time), only to find 1 sub was made right chicken cheese steak) and the other 2 subs were made wrong cheese steak). I called the establishment back to let them know my order that was just delivered was wrong. The man who took my order answered the phone, I began to tell him my order was wrong and explain. The man cut me off and started talking over top of me, raising his voice telling me no the order was not made wrong. He out right said maybe I don't know what I ordered. That man was RUDE!! I did not get his name. I asked the man to bring his tone down. I asked the man how are we going to resolve this? I offered to bring the 2 subs back to be corrected chicken cheese steaks). He told me no they will not be corrected and continue to talk rude to me. The display of the rudeness and poor customer service I just received could not go unspoken. To the Sir who took my order/call, I say to you...I simply just wanted my order corrected and my 2 subs remade right. The level and extent you took the phone call to was unprofessional!!!"

"So let me tell you about this AWESOME place. My family and I had just gotten done snow tubing and we were hungry. Fortunately these guys were open when everyone else was not. Anyway, We ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, fish sandwich combo with onion rings, mozzarella sticks, chicken cheese steak, and an 18 inch half sausage pizza. EVERYTHING.......... I mean EVERYTHING was off the chain!!! Not to mention all this was only $54 buck and change! Are you kidding me right now! Phenomenal prices!!! WhenEVER we are in the area.... this is our new spot.
