"I visited this restaurant for the first time, hoping to have a great experience. Lilly, the owner, was very pleasant, but unfortunately, the General Tso's chicken tasted off, almost burnt, and the orange chicken was quite chewy. I initially wanted to order a soup but changed my mind, yet when I got home, I found a soup in my bag and noticed I was charged for it. I plan to call tomorrow when they open to request a refund. I really wanted to be impressed, but it didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, there were only two shrimp in the triple delight, which was disappointing. I'm hoping they can make things right; perhaps we'll give them another chance."
