"I visited this restaurant on Saturday with some friends, and I must say, our waiter was fantastic and very attentive. However, I encountered an issue with the chef. I requested my pork chops to be butterflied and cooked well done, but the chef refused to accommodate my request, insisting they wouldn’t prepare it that way. Instead, I was served whole pork chops that were swimming in juice. The waiter apologized and informed me that the chef wanted me to cut one open, which I did, but I ultimately ended up sending it back. Eventually, I received the butterfly-cut chops I initially asked for, but unfortunately, they still weren't cooked to my liking. I believe the chef should recognize that it’s not their role to dictate how customers enjoy their meals. After all, without customers, they wouldn’t have a job!"
