"melt bar grilled is an American kitchen restaurant chain in ohio. it's a business with a sharp sense of humor. note the word grilled in the name of the chain and not simply grilled. they can say of the pictures and videos that are attached to the decoration is whimsical and unique. I had recently lunch in the mentor, ohio, pity. melt bar grilled is located at the eastern end of the shopping center points east. punkt ost shopping the center is located on the northeast corner of the crossing of the mentor road (us 20) and reynolds Road/Broadmoor road (state route 306.) reynolds the roads run north of the crossing and the broadmoor road runs south of the crossing. in the shopping center points east you will find free parking. the melt bar grilled has a long bar along the north side of the restaurant. there is a series of socially distant tables in the center and south of the restaurants. the south has many windows with a view of a covered it area in free. the main entrance is located at the western end of the restaurant with a hostess station and a large waiting area with benches. the southeast corner of the dining room is where the toilets are located. the rest of the eastern side of the dining room is in the kitchen. I started my meal with the bowl of the french woof. the supper broth has a big deep of taste and is loaded with a lot of wobble. the brot on the broth is thick and covered with a delicious melted cheese. their sandwiches are so thick that they can order a complete sandwich or half a sandwich. I ordered and enjoyed a half order of the lake erie monster with a side of the sweet shiny a vinegar-based shiny. the menu description of the lake erie monster is a crispy panko bounced jumbo cod filet with creamy **** and American cheese with a side of jalapeño tarter sauce. on the plate is also served a vegetable slice. the sandwich is very tasty and loaded with creamy float and a thick disc American cheese. the only negative observation is the delicious filet of cod is not jumbo size. the cod is very tasty. the coleslaw is thicker than baked Cod filling. the personal is friendly and attentive. jennifer is my server. very helpful. she worked in the mentor melt bar grilled, since she opened ten years ago. she is also happy to eat here. the menu has the opportunity to create its own sandwich with an extensive list of elements that you can choose from. the restaurant and the heart room are clean. my lunch was opened shortly after the melt bar grill for the day. next to me there are a few and a few ladies who enjoyed it. while I enjoy my lunch, several people came out. they had ordered in advance and their delivery orders are ready when they arrived. there are so many menu points and the build-your-own option, I will be back to the mentor melt bar grilled. eating and the sauces a very good tasting with great taste."

"The employees are always nice. This location is the best I've went to so far. The quality of the food is awesome. Wait staff always very friendly and ready to work. I've been here with about a 40 person group and the 2 gentleman that was the waiting staff did an A+ job.. even tho the food didn't all come out at the same time. They keep the drinks filled and they kept us informed every step of the way."

"They have a separate vegan menu with plenty of substitutions, add-ons, and vegan protein options like Impossible Burger, seitan, and tofu. My only complaint is that I haven’t found any nutritional information for their food, but I plan to ask next time I'm there. As for the coleslaw, which I didn’t order and don’t know if it’s vegan, everyone who did said it wasn’t great and wouldn’t order it again. They mentioned it had too much pepper, was too spicy, and needed more sauce. However, the staff was very accommodating and helpful with vegan options. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for some indulgent comfort food!"

"CSK was busy the night we partook, although they were able to get us seated right away. It 's like a kind of Chilis or such type fare, with a southern flare as their differentiation. We ordered the onion rings, chicken parm, steak and cheese and chicken salad. THe onion rings were a stack of about 15 or so, which was more than we expected and accompanied b y ranch and Cajun ranch dressing. The latter had a small amount of spice, but was a nice accompaniment to the appetizer. The chicken salad was too salty for my colleagues taste buds, but the bread with artisan butter design on top was found to be very good. THe parm unfortunately was not accompanies by the usual garlic bread, due to a failed delivery apparently. (They were also out of fries as well). The steak and cheese included both 'shrooms and peppers, and while not a true Philly S&C, was reasonably well prepared although a tad heavy with NaCl shaker. Staff was excellent and attentive."

"Recently went for an appetizer and drinks with my girlfriend. Although we had a decent time, it was hot inside the restaurant for some reason. This was the first time I had experienced this at Cheddars so I'll pass it as a one off thing. Cheddars has a quality restaurant experience with a good meal quality to price ratio. Most likely will be back in the future."

"I went with my wife and the 2 kids a 5 year old and 11 year old. We had to wait 30 minutes to get seated which was expected. While waiting I took and menu and made sure we knew what we wanted before we were seated. When we seated we put the orders in right away. 2 kids meals with a couple of sides, blacken Salmon and a rib and steak combo. We waited and waited and the waitress was helping other tables but seem to ignore us. I saw electric games on tables to keep kids occupied but we were never offered any. A hour past by and waitress still ignored us. Groups that cake in after us got there meals and then I stopped the waitress and she immediately started babbling about how the kitchen cooked the wrong meals first and ours are on a priority list. I was very upset and was about to walk out but my said what will we do for dinner we have been here going on 2 hours now. 5 to 10 minutes layer the kids meals were brought out and the waitress stated at least I got the kids meals and your rib combo is causing the delay. 2 minutes later another person came out with the rib combo and the Salmon. The Salmon was not Blackened and my wife looked for the waitress that did not come back to table. I assume she did not want to deal with us. A dew minutes later someone else came to the table to ask if everything was OK. I said no but she was a young girl probably another server. She asked if we wanted a free dessert and we said no it is to late for the kids to eat a dessert. Then she said she would speak to a manager. We never saw a manager, I did not see any adults working everyone looked like young kids. Then the waitress returned and said they are discounting the bill. When we got the bill it stated we got an employee discount. The kids liked their food and my wife said even though the Salmon wasn't Blackened it tasted good. That is why I gave 2 stars. My ribs were terrible and the steak cold. I don't like giving bad reviews but this was a very disappointing experience for the kids and us."

"I 've been to many other Cheddar 's locations on business travel, so I 've been meaning to stop in at this location since moving to Jacksonville. There was a short wait, which is expected on a Saturday afternoon so no big deal there. Once we were sat, our server was.....odd. It was one of those I really don 't want to be here type of tones being used. On top of that, they kept telling us about things they 'd screwed up for other customers through the day. It was kind of like Oh ok, thanks for telling us that? I guess? . They did screw up one thing for us. They put in cheese fries instead of cheese curds for our appetizer. I understand mistakes happen but we had that feeling like I guess this will go on the list of things they 've screwed up today . The really weird thing was they came to tell us about it, then showed us how they made the mistake in the computer. We were just kind of like Ok? Can we have the cheese curds though ? lol. People have off days, so that 's fine. The speed with which our drinks and food were delivered were great. We both liked our entrees and I 've always loved the atmosphere at Cheddar 's. So overall, it 's a 4 star visit that would 've been a 5 without the odd ball attitude."

"No exaggeration, my absolute favorite place to go! All the food is amazing! I haven't tried anything on the menu I don't like. My favorites are the wings, Monte Cristo and the brisket. The service is awesome! They all have great personalities! Alondra ishands down my favorite bartender ever. Very personable and drinks are always SPOT ON! I come at least once a week I love thewhole team there. And the managing team is remarkable. Shout out to: Mark, Vic, Becca, Tony and Freddy."

"I ordered my fajitas, paid for them, and told the waitress I wanted them to go. I waited what seemed like forever. Finally the waitress, who was a total sweetheart and tried her best to help, informs me that the cooks made my order and they think it went to someone else. I told her I’d wait for them to remake it. She then let me know that the cooks REFUSED to make it again. To them, it was made and paid for, end of story. She wanted to help me but they just refused. It was like rocket science them trying to decide whether or not to remake the food I never got. The waitress spent time on the phone with the manager trying to get her to ok them to remake the meal I paid for and hadn’t got. Needless to say I waited an additional 30 minutes for the manager to arrive. Surely this is a no brainer fixing this. NOPE!!! She also stumbled around trying to decide what to do. The food was cold and nasty, had no taste what so ever, and ultimately the meal in it’s entirety went in the trash. After what seemed like all night dealing with this mess I had a Hershey Bar from the vending machine for dinner. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back."
