"I ordered my fajitas, paid for them, and told the waitress I wanted them to go. I waited what seemed like forever. Finally the waitress, who was a total sweetheart and tried her best to help, informs me that the cooks made my order and they think it went to someone else. I told her I’d wait for them to remake it. She then let me know that the cooks REFUSED to make it again. To them, it was made and paid for, end of story. She wanted to help me but they just refused. It was like rocket science them trying to decide whether or not to remake the food I never got. The waitress spent time on the phone with the manager trying to get her to ok them to remake the meal I paid for and hadn’t got. Needless to say I waited an additional 30 minutes for the manager to arrive. Surely this is a no brainer fixing this. NOPE!!! She also stumbled around trying to decide what to do. The food was cold and nasty, had no taste what so ever, and ultimately the meal in it’s entirety went in the trash. After what seemed like all night dealing with this mess I had a Hershey Bar from the vending machine for dinner. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back."

The food was cold and remained cold throughout our meal. We waited 50 minutes for our lunch and had to repeatedly ask for things due to slow service. We were never checked on to see if we were satisfied with our meal.

Love this place. Have tried chicken strips, french dip sandwich and several other entrees. All with HUGE portions, great taste. Tried their breakfast and it was great as well. Prices are very reasonable. Nothing at all to complain about. Wish there was one of these in Edmond, OK.

Ate here while passing through Guymon. Ordered the chicken and shrimp dish, which was very good although I think it would have been better without the cheese. (Not a complaint, just a subjective observation). Service was good. I had to wait some time for the check but I saw the waitress was dealing with a table of about a dozen old ladies which I'm sure was punishment enough for making me wait. Lol. This little restaurant was surprisingly good and inexpensive. It's owned by the same people who operate the Best Western and it's just across the driveway so very handy. Oddly, pretty much all the diners seemed to be locals and the bar was packed with good old boys It seems to be Christian themed and while I am not religious I do tend to favor businesses run by folks who answer to a higher authority. Had the pot roast. Pretty good for $10. Walked in very hungry. Walked out stuffed.

Today, I visited the restaurant to place an order because the waitress ignored my phone call for takeout. When I walked in, there was no one at the register. It took 10 minutes for a waitress to notice me as they were in the back chatting. While waiting for my order, I noticed multiple people informing the hostess they were ready to order because the waitresses were hiding in the back. In my opinion, the restaurant needs better management and fewer high school students. It is unacceptable that the establishment is being run by indifferent kids.
