The food was decent, but the service was terrible and the ambiance was not very clean. I likely won't be returning anytime soon. Perhaps I just had a bad experience with the staff.

The food was cold and remained cold throughout our meal. We waited 50 minutes for our lunch and had to repeatedly ask for things due to slow service. We were never checked on to see if we were satisfied with our meal.

We waited over 35 minutes before a server came to take our order. Despite it not being busy, the waitress kept walking by without acknowledging us. Eventually, the manager took our order and gave us a discount. The food was decent, but the service was lacking. Voir le carte

Love this place. Have tried chicken strips, french dip sandwich and several other entrees. All with HUGE portions, great taste. Tried their breakfast and it was great as well. Prices are very reasonable. Nothing at all to complain about. Wish there was one of these in Edmond, OK.

As a former waitress at this restaurant, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Most of the food is pre-made and microwaved, including the chicken tenders. I have seen mold on several items, which the kitchen simply removes. The staff is underpaid and the restaurant is poorly managed. If you're looking for a low-quality dining experience, then this is the place for you.

I’ve been in Guymon since the end of May for work. About 2 months ago all the sudden there was no tap beer.then no bottled beer, then no wine or liquor. Turns out someone in “upper management” dropped the ball on a liquor and beer license. I believe the place is shutting down but “upper management” doesn’t have the balls to tell the staff. Let me say food is good, staff is good.the staff.needs to wake up and find another place to work because this is a joke. I’ve tried to support them but I just can’t anymore. Voir le carte

Located conveniently next to a cluster of hotels in Guymon, Oklahoma, this restaurant impressed me with its exceptional service. As a frequent traveler, I value hardworking servers like Jessica who were attentive and ensured our order was just right. We particularly enjoyed their Wednesday Wing Special, which featured juicy, plump wings with crispy skin. The Chicken Fried Steak was also a hit, boasting a delicious cornmeal breading and tender steak. The Catfish was fresh, tasty, and served in a generous portion.

Today, I visited the restaurant to place an order because the waitress ignored my phone call for takeout. When I walked in, there was no one at the register. It took 10 minutes for a waitress to notice me as they were in the back chatting. While waiting for my order, I noticed multiple people informing the hostess they were ready to order because the waitresses were hiding in the back. In my opinion, the restaurant needs better management and fewer high school students. It is unacceptable that the establishment is being run by indifferent kids.

I ordered my fajitas, paid for them, and told the waitress I wanted them to go. I waited what seemed like forever. Finally the waitress, who was a total sweetheart and tried her best to help, informs me that the cooks made my order and they think it went to someone else. I told her I’d wait for them to remake it. She then let me know that the cooks REFUSED to make it again. To them, it was made and paid for, end of story. She wanted to help me but they just refused. It was like rocket science them trying to decide whether or not to remake the food I never got. The waitress spent time on the phone with the manager trying to get her to ok them to remake the meal I paid for and hadn’t got. Need... Voir le carte
