"Hidden gem! I took my husband here last night to celebrate his birthday. I called in for same-day reservations for bar seating and luckily they were able to accommodate us. We found parking right behind the restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the host and our server Alex. We decided to go with the omakase including appetizers and we are so glad we did! We started off with the best red pepper tofu soup... it doesn't sound amazing but the taste was mind blowing! Followed by 6 more appetizers, then onto the freshest nigiris. Our sushi chef Yoshis knife skills were on point. You can tell he takes pride in the way preps the fish. He picked literally the BEST nigiri for us... we were happy with every single one that came out. Our favorite was the cheek toro! The price and number of dishes depends on when you are full so it can fluctuate. They also brought out a plate of desserts and sang happy birthday to my husband! It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back for just nigiris so we can try more of it without being too full from the appetizers."
