"that's just an breakfast board. the omelets are of fluffy hebe style. bowl with fresh fruit was good. total good fresh food. but what made me feel like a 5-star rating, the waiters are not very lame, but with their orderables and took longer than usual to take their order. the waiters must be better trained. chefs who gather in the dining room to talk to other workers should never be allowed, looks cheap and sticky and ask how cleanliness the hands of the cook are. had not the pancakes, but they looked good, and they sprinkle the sugar slightly on them. not bad for a Sunday morning breakfast."

"Way overpriced. As far as the quality of the food goes, the pizza is okay. They obviously feel bigger is better and all the portions in this place are humongous. For some things, maybe too humongous. Like the chicken rolls for example. Way too much chicken inside than it needs to be. The balance of the roll is completely off. But the biggest takeaway is definitely the price. By far the most expensive pizzeria in Astoria. 2 slices, fries and coke will run you 18 dollars. I can’t get over how much the fries are in this place. 6.25 for a potato. Their logic is, If expenses goes up, let’s keep raising the prices. And they were raising the prices before this crazy inflation hit. But I have some logic of my own which is: if it doesn’t work as a business anymore, get rid of it!!"

"So I grew up in this neighborhood and moved back recently after more than 20 years. Was shocked that this placed is still here. I always loved their pizza growing up. I went in today and asked for an order of Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Well the pasta itself is really good but the shrimp is HEAVILY breaded and fried which has no place in a fettuccine Alfredo. Loved the pasta, hated the shrimp. Didn’t find it edible even.. for me personally. And honestly messed up the pasta for me. I won’t order this again for sure. Can’t wait to try the pizza though based on other reviews. San Remo! No fried and heavily breaded shrimp in the fettuccine please!! Thank you!!"

"Absolutely delicious! I tried the combo shawarma plate, which included generous servings of both chicken and steak shawarma, seasoned to perfection. It was served with salad and hummus, and I especially loved the hummus. The next week, I brought my wife for lunch, and we both enjoyed the chicken shawarma pita, tabbouleh, a chicken panini, and fries. "However, the person behind the counter abruptly took the napkins from me and claimed that the customer hadn't requested any. I asked if they usually don’t provide napkins with their orders, and he said they only give them if asked. I questioned how much it would cost them to provide six napkins to show appreciation for their customers, suggesting that most wouldn't simply throw them away. He insisted on returning the napkins to the dispenser, completely disregarding my points. I told him that considering I had already handled the napkins and waited patiently, it would have been nice for him to show a bit of courtesy. His response was dismissive; he simply didn't care. Having completed over 800 deliveries, I've never encountered someone so rude and inconsiderate. I would absolutely not eat at this place—if they can’t be bothered to offer a few napkins, I shudder to think about the level of care they put into preparing the food. It’s just common sense, and clearly, he lacks it."

They refused to refund the money, as well as refused to submit my order for redelivery.I spoke with the team at Little Sicily, and the owner went out of his way and called Grubhub himself to speak on my behalf. Grubhub still refused. Ultimately, I did not get my order, but I am so grateful to the team at Little Sicily for THEIR exceptional customer service. Somebody in the reviews mentioned a guy awkwardly staring down everyone who apparently is the bus boy and we got to experience that as well tonight. "First thing was restaurant was not open when we got there at 11:15. Young man who opened was so extremely nice. As soon as we walked in the place reaked of rotten fish and garbage as trash cans were full of food from night before. Ordered 4 different things before we found something they were not out of. Ordered chips and salsa, they were out of corn chips and got burned flour tortillas that were awful. Got a panini that wasn't a panini. It was severely over toasted bread with buddig lunchmeat that was so tough and old. No bacon, no ham, no mayo, they must have been out of those also. And American cheese that wasn't melted. Truly the worst meal ever. Was so looking forward to eating here and was so disappointed. I smelled the nasty smell of this filthy restaurant all the way home. NEVER go there, so discussing!!!!!!!"

Speaking of her birthday, when the staff found out it was her special day, they surprised her with a brownie sundae, and another table also received a birthday dessert.
