"Oh my gosh, I don't even know where to start! Before we even got to Second Happy Door, the host greeted us with menus, and they were very polite. Once we sat down, we were served refreshing water with ice and napkins—such attentive service! Our waiter came by shortly after to take our orders, and the coffee arrived quickly. We ordered the French Toast Deluxe, which came with eggs and cheese, as well as cheddar cheese and extra pancakes. Honestly, this was the best French toast I've ever had! It was perfectly warm and cooked just right in the middle. The flavor was outstanding; the cook truly nailed it. The presentation was also impressive!"

"Unfortunately we will no longer be eating here. On Monday 8/12 we stopped in to have dinner not the best service but it happens, but food was great as always. This has always been our go to family restaurant….not anymore! My husband went used the men’s restroom a guy came in that was from the kitchen, used the urinal after he was done NEVER washed his hands went right back to work. We were done eating when my husband went to pay he asked to see the manager, he explained what he just witnessed, how utterly disgusted we were that we will not be back! He was on his way to go see who in the kitchen was responsible but then got a phone call. We don’t know if he ever addressed this in the kitchen because we left while he was on the phone. I’m not one to post stuff like this but I feel it should be put out there. With everything that was pounded into our heads when Covid hit Im surprised at this."

"We came in right before a big rush on a Sunday morning with a huge family and were seated right away. Our waitress, Cindy, was super sweet, knowledgeable about everthing in that humongous menu and very patient with the children's orders and their talent for not knowing what they wanted. The food came quick and everything was fresh and delish, especially the bacon. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE BACON!"

"First visit here and was very happy with it. Menu was huge...many choices. For a diner, it was was very clean inside. This isnt your typical greasy spoon. Waiter was friendly and the food was very good. I had the Italian Burger with a side of fries. Burger was not a sopping greasy mess but was tasty, with a good amount of toppings. I had a cup of coffee as well. .. waiter brought out a mug of coffee! Even the coffee was tasty...not burnt old jo. Btw the way at the table was a sign advertising bottles of wine at prices that you usually don't see in a restaurant. This place has been here a long time, wish I had come here sooner! As an afterthought.. If the chefs there read this.. add some hot pickled cherry peppers to that Italian Burger for a real winning alternative."

"The wings last night were so good, i had to review. I've been going here for over 20 years and they have never been rude to me. Not making excuses but they seem to be so busy from the time they open to the time they close, there is no time for niceties. Their food is wonderful. I routinely order pasta with meatballs or sausage, cheeseteaks, and i like their small pizzas becauae i like the crust. Their best menu item is the pizza steqk and wings. Highly recommend for local takeout. Also they accept orders up until CLOSE to closing time. I've tried to order 15 to 20 minutes before they close and they do not answer if they answer and tell me they are not accepting orders now. I understand they want to close on time."

"My recent visit to Roggies for lunch on a Sunday was a pleasant experience. With only four people in the restaurant, the service was excellent. Located near Boston College, Roggies is a sports bar so we didn't have high expectations for a fine dining experience, but we were not disappointed. While the appetizer platter was bland, the Lobster Roll and Pastrami Burger entrees were surprisingly tasty. The breakfast entrees also looked appealing. It's worth noting that Roggies is a college bar with a slight stale beer odor and unstable chairs, so it may not be ideal for a family outing. However, their pizza takeaway option is delicious and worth considering."

"I think I just would have had a better review if it weren't for the fact that she brought me cold food that seemed like it had been sitting there. I had to ask her to heat it up. I really wish I had the experience i wanted. Something about first impressions; it changed everything!I ordered roasted Pork. The skin had the best crunch in the world, great flavor, juicy; yet they serve me food that had to be reheated? The plum sauce with the pork was amazing! Also the Lo mein (thick noodle) with shrimp was amazing! My review is from my entire experience as a whole however. They serve hot tea, but it's lipton and gross. They could've have Jasmin tea, Oolong or anything else but lipton.I'm hope and an assured more will have better experiences than me, but sucks. We took it to go.Next time (if there's one) I know to see what is being made fresh and get that!!!"

"Came here with my friends for lunch, and we had a good time. Pretty tasty baked porkchop with tomato sauce (on the more sweeter side). Great portions, perfect for family style with friends to try a bit of everything. The sizzling steak platter was delicious and comes with broccoli and fries. "Absolutely incredible food! The staff are so friendly! It’s extremely vegan and vegetarian-friendly, yet still a great option for meat lovers. Even though I'm not a local, I’m always impressed each time I visit. The prices are incredibly affordable and the food is delicious! The owner mentioned that they offer catering on short notice, and I just noticed that their catering menu includes breakfast tacos! "Delicious Japanese American/Hawaiian restaurant! This great little diner is tucked in the front of a local bowling alley and serves great Japanese American/Hawaiian food. They serve many Japanese and Asian dishes, as well as American diner fare, including breakfast dishes and sandwiches. The coffee shop includes Hawaiian staples into several of their dishes (e.g. Loco Moco, Portuguese sausage, Kalua pork, saimin noodles, etc. . The diner food is great too I had the chili rice and the chili was very tasty, and I consider myself a chili connoisseur. But the Japanese dishes are delicious as well. Their menu is very complete and robust. Tremendous find. The venue is a bit small, so probably no large parties. But, if you want some good Japanese American/Hawaiian food, or diner dishes, come check out Gardena Bowl Coffee Shop."

"I always order the al carbon street tacos, and they are fantastic! They come with beans only, so I usually get a side of rice. I realize that's a common upselling strategy used by restaurants.
