"This is the best Italian restaurant and catering service in the area. I've worked nearby and discovered this gem, and after visiting several times, I can confidently say it's fantastic. The pizza, broccoli rabe, and other Italian dishes are delicious, but what really stands out is the outstanding service. Whether you’re dining in for lunch or ordering catering, you feel like part of a family here. If you think the food is great, just wait until you experience the warmth and friendliness of the staff. I recently stopped by for a coffee, and when I asked for a second cup, they generously offered it on the house. I give this restaurant and catering service a perfect 5/5—amazing food, amazing people, and an amazing experience overall!"

The employee that took care of me and my buddy's orders was very helpful and kind. The chicken cutlet sandwich and garlic knots were amazing. The ambiance of the place made me feel like an honorary Italian. Amazing local spot that's a must.

This is my neighborhood deli. Excellent customer service who truly care about the customer. Fresh food throughout all made within house. Terrific sandwiches etc. Been a loyal customer to them for 20 plus years. If in Secaucus this place is a must. View menu

Wow, what a fantastic experience! You absolutely have to try this deli—it’s incredible! I'm thrilled to have discovered this gem. The food is delicious and surprisingly light. After finishing a meal here, you won’t feel weighed down or heavy at all.

Everyone at Natolis is super nice, they make you feel like part of the family. Everything is good but the one thing I would tell anyone to try is The Bergenline Cuban Sandwich. One of the best Cuban sandwiches in the area. It's a special so you have to check if they have it before you go but trust me you won't be disappointed.

Great pizza and a really nice and personable owner. It's like a small general store with a pizzeria and deli. Came here for lunch and the pizza was quality. Seems like a dying breed of a small town eatery where people take pride in what they do. Will return here to try their deli fare when I'm in the area. Best pizzeria in the area hands down. Our flight was delayed as we were in the area where we found Natoli's, and agreed that this was the new favorite place of our family. Very friendly environment, and when we came back for the second time, we were kindly greeted with names. The food here is amazing, along with the service. I would move from Denver to NJ to be able to eat regularly at Natoli.

Best pizza we’ve had since we arrived for our holiday! The customer service was fantastic and the place was very clean, with hand sanitizer available on the tables. The staff was friendly and respectful. The wings were incredible, and the Caesar salad was delicious! I highly recommend this place; Sean and John were exceptional! We’ll definitely stop by again before heading to Texas! Thank you! And a special thanks to John—I’m making cappuccino thanks to him!

"I stopped in with friends for breakfast before heading to the airport. The café opens before 9 a.m., but it seems to be run by just one person in the front and possibly one person in the kitchen. That said, the space itself is bright, clean, and charming—a cozy spot to sit and catch up with friends. We ordered several dishes to share: beignets, the plantain sandwich with fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and waffles with eggs and bacon. The beignets were the biggest disappointment—dense, small, and only two tiny pieces for the price. The plantain sandwich had good flavor, but the plantains used in place of bread were dense and tough, which didn’t pair well with the filling. The shrimp was seasoned nicely, but the grits were undercooked, lumpy, and bland unless mixed with the shrimp gravy. The waffles looked nice but were thin and light on portion size, again not reflective of the price point. Overall, while the food had moments of good flavor, the portions and preparation did not match the prices charged. Service was kind but understandably limited with so few staff working. If you’re in a pinch and need a meal, this isn’t a terrible option, but it’s not one I’d go out of my way for. Also, be careful with parking meters in the area—they’re closely monitored, and tickets are common even when paying through the app. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5"
