"The staff are extremely friendly from the minute you walk in until the time you leave. Everyone seems to work like a team which makes any business successful. The food was excellent especially the scallops and pork. The pasta with mussels were amazing. It’s actually on of the best pasta I have ever had, perfectly cooked al dente. Marco our server was very professional and made great recommendations. He definitely knows his food. Our desserts was fabulous. Definitely order the cannoli and the zeppolis, they are definitely our favorites. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you Marco your amazing service!!"

"The food is good and quickly made. I ordered two sandwiches and they only gave me one. I called to question it and the lady said oh we ran out of corn beef so we could only make one no one called to tell me in advance, which was annoying and rude. The customer service isn 't good at all; however, the food is. There are also very good lunch specials available every day and even on weekends."

"Came with my family for Valentine's Day. We made a reservation and were seated right away. The resturaunt was busy but our food was served promptly and tasted great. "I've been here before and enjoyed it, but I have to say that for the price it was moderate. we all had the traditional turkey dinner and it was just okay. for $65 they would think it would have been a little extra and they would tell us about the door that cold air broke up on me everything that opened the door. I'm sorry, but I won't be back. pasta cucina in sunset is much better!"

"From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, the service was phenomenal. The staff, ambiance, and food quality were all excellent. The owner of the restaurant has personally called and apologized, offered to repay the wrong part. I couldn't edit my GrubHub review so I'll leave a positive one here. The food was good and we'll give them another try next time. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is a rare and welcome event in these days. It shows that they really care about their business and their customers."

"I’ve had better experiences here. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and though I made a reservation asking for standard dining, they tried to seat us outside. This happened the last time we were there, also with a reservation asking for standard dining. I objected as I’ve sat outside there in winter before and I was cold despite the heat lamps. Just not for me. I asked the hostess why this keeps happening and was told you have to request an inside table in the comments. Duly noted. We were then seated at a very noisy high top in the bar area near the bathrooms, and the table banged against the wall to the point I had to stuff my napkin between the table and the wall to keep it steady. I asked for another napkin when we ordered drinks and the bartender forgot. Food was awesome, service meh, I’ll be VERY specific when I make my next reservation at Cranellis."

The Chalkstone venue is definitely worth a visit, not only for its delicious pizza but also for the historic building that houses it—a former theater with high ceilings, exposed brick, and plenty of tables. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner on this special evening, who shared insights into the art of pizza making. When our pizza was served, I could immediately tell it was far superior to any ordinary pizza. This is a fantastic spot for groups to gather and take over the place. It's a wonderful pizzeria with friendly staff and a variety of local flavors to enjoy."

"Worst experience! We made reservations for what they advertised as a Valentine’s Day Experience, $125. When we got there, we waited exactly 28 minutes to be seated after asking two staff members to help us since there was no one working the front desk. When we finally got seated, we weren’t offered a menu or waters. We had to wait to catch the attention of a server who took our order, still not offered any drinks to include water. We got the food exactly 54 minutes after placing the order. The food was terrible. We had to ask for utensils and water. I understand the restaurant was short staffed but it shows lack of care from the management because they were no where to be found. The servers spoke broken English which tells me that they don’t care about projecting a good image and not many people want to work there."

"Great food and service! It 's my favorite thin crust pizza. The gluten-free pizza is actually keto friendly too. It 's made by Boombalati 's Pizza Company out of Waukesha. I 've been buying it in grocery stores for a while, but having that crust cooked in Capri 's pizza ovens with their awesome sauce and what seems like whole milk mozzarella makes it even better! It 's nice and crispy. UPDATE (12/11/2023): I 'm not sure what happened, but the thin crust pizza had some issues on my last visit last week. I ordered 2 pizzas. One crust was burned pretty bad. The other pizza crust was different than usual. It was not as thin and crispy and it fell apart into 2 layers. Both pizzas seem like they were put together sloppily. The sauce was uneven and dripping over the outer crust in a few places. I understand stuff happens and maybe some additional training is required with it being so hard to find good help. I just don 't feel great about paying that much for a pizza in that condition. I 'll probably give it another chance and see if it 's improved."

When you come in, the staff greet you and they offer you a big selection of the meal.I saw when the waitress started to cook meat in front of the customers, which looked very spectacular to me.The pizza quality is very good, with the price of $22+, you can get a very well cooked 14 pizza in just 15 minutes (even though it says on the menu about 20).Also, if you like to see the restaurants with the style of 1920s inside, and also hear the music from that time, this plays is just right for you! "To be fair, there were some BIG groups there when we went yesterday at 4:30. So of course that would put more on the staff when it comes to getting your drinks or food out faster. So that didn't factor into my review. The drink menu is amazing. Can I just stay here all week and sample them all? My son had a Pear Sage Sour (B21 apple-pear infused gin, lemon, honey and sage) and I had a Southern Spring Mule (B21 white tail bourbon, homemade apricot liqueur, homemade ginger liqueur, lemon and fresh mint). For dinner, he had the chislic poutine (a refined edge to a major comfort food) and I had the pear salad. Both were amazing. Definitely making this our lunch or dinner spot when I come out to visit."

"I visited this restaurant late on a Saturday night to satisfy a food craving. I decided to try the shrimp Parmigiana, which was delicious. The shrimp weren’t particularly large, but there were six of them. The pizza had a wonderfully crispy thin crust, which we didn't even have to request. I was so eager to dig in that I forgot to take a picture! I brought home some leftover linguine as well. The place has a charming atmosphere with stone walls and intricately carved chairs. The staff was very friendly, making it a great local spot for the neighborhood."

"We had dinner last night at Fia Steak to celebrate our son 's birthday. The consensus by the 3 of us was that we had enjoyed one of the best meals ever. This is saying a lot, because we have dined at fine restaurants both domestically and abroad in Europe, Asia, South America and Africa, including several Michelin starred establishments. This restaurant outshines, in both the quality and presentation of the food, and the excellence of service, many restaurants that enjoy Michelin 's stars recognition. It is expensive, and not a place you would go to on a regular basis, but worth every penny. A special shout out to our main server, Curtis, who provide attentive yet unintrusive service, with a healthy dose of humor. He was assisted by a cadre of other servers who never missed a beat, or an opportunity to refill water glasses, clear plates, or add their own witticisms. They enhanced our overall enjoyment of the meal. Cocktails, starters, the Wagyu steaks, sides, desserts and their delicious bread service were exceptional. My son enjoyed the Kick in the Head martini, while my husband sample a wonderful Chateau Neuf du Pape wine. I had the duck foie gras, which was accompanied by perfectly toasted sourdough rounds. My husband raved about the spicy ahi tuna cigar served in a cigar box, and our son enjoyed the seasonal salad. My husband and son had the Wagyu Tasting menu, which brought 3 different 3 oz. Wagyu steaks, while I savored a 4 oz. cut of the Australian Wagyu filet. We accompanied our steaks with truffle mashed potatoes and asparagus with Morel mushrooms. For dessert, my husband and I shared the key lime tart and our son had the cascading tiramisu. Every bite was memorable. We will be celebrating more special occasions at Fia Steak!"
