"After waiting an additional 20 minutes, my hashbrowns, eggs, and toast had gone cold by the time the second steak arrived. Unfortunately, the taste was terrible, so I sent it back. Ricardo never returned to our table after delivering our food; he didn't check on us or bring the bill. We eventually had to go to the front to pay.
As we were paying, I noticed that many staff members were gathered in the back, distracted by their phones and chatting, while other guests waited to be served. I will not be returning due to the poor customer service. The only helpful person was the African American guy at the register, who assisted us while our waiter was nowhere to be found."
