"This is my second visit, and it will likely be my last. While the breakfast and pastries are quite good, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I spent $20 on two bagels and a pastry, and the woman taking my order was sassy and rude; she even managed to get my order wrong. I had just finished a 12-hour work shift, and I was in a better mood than she was. I noticed the poor customer service during my first visit but thought I might have been overreacting; it turns out I was right. I even spoke with the manager about my experience."

Great, quick breakfast bagel sandwiches. Call ahead to make it even quicker. Handful of seats to sit outside if it's nice.

We often use Royal Bakery for our office meetings. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is also something to talk, they are friendly and prompt. We would recommend to every office that Royal Bakery helps them with their catering / meeting needs!

I have been coming here since I was in high school. Over 10 years ago. Not like it used to be. It was bad the last couple times but given the benefit of the doubt. Place is still dirty and falling apart. Customer service has always been just ok. Definitelynot worth $4 a bagel definitely not coming back View menu

Their bagels are completely mindblowing, excellent taste and I guess this is unbeatable I'm the state. The pastries ???? are not up to the mark, I didnt feel they were as much fresh as the bagels. We visited the place in the evening, may be the pastries lost their freshness. The entry to this place was kind of weird, no direction boards.

Royal serves the best bagels in the area, accompanied by traditional Jewish deli options like lox and whitefish salad. Their sandwiches are also excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they are more than willing to accommodate large orders if you call ahead—it's best to give them a day's notice if you need a large quantity of bagels. Your bagels are truly exceptional and have an unbeatable flavor – the best in the state, in my opinion. However, the pastries didn't quite match that standard; they didn't seem as fresh as the bagels. We visited in the evening, so it's possible they had lost some freshness by then. Additionally, I found the entrance a bit confusing, as there were no signage or directional boards to guide us.

Stick to the bagels—they're fantastic! The plain ones are delicious on their own, and the whole grain is excellent when toasted. However, everything else falls short. The donuts were just average, and I tried five different kinds of cookies, but they all tasted quite similar and rather bland, plus they were hard and crumbly. I also tried a cinnamon stick, which at other bakeries is usually light and flaky, but this one was undercooked in the middle and basically inedible.
