"This is my second and probably last time coming here. The breakfast and pastries are good, but the customer service is non existent. I spent $20 on 2 bagels and a pastry the lady taking my order was sassy and rude, she still got my order wrong. I justgot off a 12 hour work shift and not even I was grumpy the way she was. I realized the questionable customer service the firsttime I came but I thought I was just being dramatic, I was actually right! Spoke to the manager about this altercation shewhat?s offered me another 2 free bagels but let?s see how that goes ????"
