"This location doesn't care if you get what you ordered and paid for. Lately I never get my whoppers with cheese or nuggets with sauce. Just happened again and I just paid for a delux chicken sandwich meal with bacon. They gave me a regular chickensandwich. I pay but do not get what I paid for. The obviously are telling me to go away and I will. You should stay away too ifyou like paying and getting what was asked for."

"The food is pretty darn good, at this location. Burger King, is my FAVORITE among all of the fast food chains and this one did not disappoint. The food was EXACTLY how I ordered it and fresh. The staff is young and eager to learn, while maintaining a professional, yet playful attitude. They work well together and get the job done. The establishment itself is beyond clean. Everything is stocked in the drink area, properly. There is a shortage of nothing and this is an overall beautiful location. If you want it, the way the King , (and corporate intended) THIS is where you want to spend your money!"

"I used to believe that Burger King would always deliver on their promise, but it seems things have changed since that ad. I ordered the Great King Special, which was supposed to come with specific toppings, but what I received was completely different. There seems to be a disconnect between ordering via the app and placing an order through the intercom. However, the highlight of my meal was the onion rings, which were fresh and hot, and the iced tea was also refreshing. Overall, it's still my favorite Burger King."

"The service was quite frustrating; the staff didn’t seem to hear or understand me at all. You have to drive up to the window to place your order, so make sure everything is correct and double-check your order. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing—the taste was bland and unremarkable. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family outing, and I certainly won't be returning for pizza. Overall, I'm not satisfied."

"This week, I stopped by and, even though it was still breakfast time, the employee asked if I wanted a cheeseburger. I expected to be offered a breakfast sandwich or turned away, like at other fast-food places. Instead, this attentive employee took my order right away, and the food was warm, fresh, and tasty. The customer service here is excellent! I highly recommend this Burger King—it's still the best one from the 90s!"

"I walk in in from driving 2 hours, to order food and use the bathroom. There's a sign on the men's room that says bathroom closed. On the women's bathroom door, it says the restroom is for paying customers only. I bought two meals and asked to use thebathroom to which I was told the men's bathroom is closed. I said, I see that. May I use the women's restroom. No he tells me. Iask to see the manager. She also said no. I didn't freak out. They bring me my food to the counter. I ask for fry sauce. Theydon't carry it any more. Do you even care about customers? You lost me. I won't be back for at least a couple of years so enjoymy twenty bucks or whatever."

"I began my experience with high hopes, thanks to a friendly person at the drive-thru who made sure to prepare my fries well-done and extra crispy. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The fries were cold—I could tell as soon as she handed me the bag just five seconds after I pulled up to the window. When I got home, I discovered that my daughter's cheeseburger was missing the top bun! How does that even happen? There are some serious issues that need to be addressed."
"I have no idea where to start; except to say, do not interfere with the drive thru or the order from inside. the management does not prepare for rush hours so machines (credit card, pop machines, etc. are down or they move the order. it takes forever to get their orders and management will scream at their employees when they should be clear and precise,' the first time they ask them to deliver something on the parking space, etc. I know that this is for all time, but I will not become a place that continues to have problems like this without any sign of improvements. if they are not able to work both sides (run them thru or in restaurant) choose and improve them one and then both. Otherwise, their situation at this place is getting worse and worse. choose them wisely."

"My favorite item on the menu is the Big Fish sandwich, along with the veggie Impossible Whopper. They also offer vegetarian options, such as the Impossible Whopper. The service is good and they offer takeout meals for lunch. The price per person is typically between $10 and $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 4 out of 5. Some recommended dishes include the French Fries, Hash Browns, Onion Rings, Big Fish Sandwich, and Impossible Whopper. They have plenty of parking space available as well."

"Incredibly rude front counter manager. Went in around noon today to place an order and was told they only had one register open and it was for drive through customers. I was told I could order if I wanted to wait until the long line of drive through customers had been served. With a 30 minute lunch I didn't have the time for that and turned to leave, only to find they had locked the doors to keep anyone else from coming in. This was lunch time on a week day. The manager or whoever she is was incredibly rude and clearly did not want to serve any more customers than was absolutely necessary. It's a shame, because their food is generally pretty good, but the front counter or store manager with the long, gaudy, fake fingernails needs to be fired."
"I went to the drive through to get a quarter pound double cheese burger and received a Whopper junior with cheese. I went in to exchange the burger they argued with me about it and I left with the wrong order... I also notice a bunch of kids loitering in the lobby making other patrons uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and the help didn 't seem happy... Manager was rude... Way to keep up with you 're motto Have it your way Tried to find a way to email their corporate office but yet again Burger King has no feedback form on their website. McDonald, Jack in the Box, Wendy 's, Carl 's Junior, all have feedback forms... Bad form BK...."
"Brunette working the drive thru around 4:50 pm today was really rude. She gave me my food and drink saying nothing. I asked for ketchup she shut the window. She would probably say she didnt hear me but she wasnt paying attention to me. Then she opened it back up after about 15 seconds and said nothing. I asked for ketchup again. She didnt day anything and had this ho hum look and gave me some ketchup. What do you know. After the drive thru i looked in the bag. Neither of sauces i asked for and no napkins. So i had to walk back in.the lady who took my order was nice. She asked if i wanted sauces when she took my order. She helped me when i walked back in.Some people need to leave their problems at home. Or if u dont like working there find somewhere else where you can be a positive and ni e person. I have never did a review about a drive thru."

"The staff are very kind at this store, however they seriously need to improve wait times. I was waiting in line for more than 20 minutes for a door dash order (no walk in, or take out option available for drivers). The order I picked up was very large, andI should have been diverted to the front of the store so not to hold up the line (especially after the 10 minute mark). It wasvery embarrassing for me as I held up about 4-6 vehicles. Unfortunately I will not be picking up any more orders from thisstore, and I advise other drivers to do the same until the offer a pull-up option for online orders/dashers."
"Nothing Like leaving a charger for your headphones on a dining table (shellcase that can only fit the particular headphones) calling into the restaurant 20 minutes later, and the person answering the phone refuses to even look at the table or in the general vicinity of it, or dare ask any other employees who may have been cleaning the front of house if they had seen it!Great customer service, appreciate that they couldn't take literally 10 seconds to go look at a table instead of standing behind the counter without any effort whatsoever.Have it your way indeed, if your way is to be degraded!"

"My wife ordered two Whoppers through the app, but when she arrived for pickup, the employee informed her that they had no patties available. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer a refund and told her to return the next day when the general manager would be there to process it. I wouldn’t recommend going there, as you might end up wasting your money and may not even receive your food."

"Don’t go to this location!Went on my lunch break, went through the drive thru. There was one car in front of me that was sitting there for 15 minutes before they took their order. Then I got to the screen and waited 12 minutes before they took my order. I ordered a #2 just the burger. Got to the window and waited 15 minutes for my burger. The lady at the window had no customer service skills. She was very rude. Over all time I waited over 30 minutes. This location needs major help with customer service skills."

"I really enjoy this Burger King. The staff are typically very friendly, the food is always fresh, and the shake machines are reliable. What really brings me back to the drive-thru, though, is how much they adore my dog. They often sneak him a nugget or two in the bag, which he absolutely loves. Because of that, he gives it two paws up and really looks forward to our visits to BK. It's the little things that truly make a difference."

"We used to enjoy Burger King, but not anymore. I spent $45 on a meal for my family, only to be disappointed with the service. The manager seemed more interested in being on the phone than helping us when our food was cold, incorrect, and the fries were cold. We tried calling to speak with her but the line was always busy. We had to drive back to the restaurant to resolve the issue, only to have the manager show up with her personal phone. The workers were constantly complaining and arguing with us. Overall, it was a frustrating experience."

"At the hotel restaurant, they did not answer the phone, so we decided to drive there. It was the only thing open. We ordered food for 4 people and they took our order. After waiting for about 3 minutes, they told us they were out of burgers, so we had to change our order. When we finally got our food, we were asked if we wanted ketchup or sauce, but it seemed like they were out of both. It was a long night and the staff seemed inexperienced, like they were fresh out of school and not very knowledgeable."
