"During my most recent visit, I was disappointed to find only a tiny amount of fresh cheese on my bagel, despite paying extra for it. It seemed like someone had tried to scrape off most of it, leaving just a trace. Despite this inconsistency, I will likely return because the place is clean and the bagels are tasty. However, there is a lack of consistency in the quality of the food and drinks (the iced tea varies greatly each time - sometimes with lemon, sometimes without, and sometimes with extra charges for lemon).
If you have some time to spare, I recommend ordering some bagels and cream cheese to take home and assemble yourself. This way, you can save some money. I did not pre-order because the only vegan option available online was Oreo, which I have tried before and did not like. If you visit the restaurant in person, they do offer a smooth and veggie option which I love."
