"During my most recent visit, I was disappointed to find only a tiny amount of fresh cheese on my bagel, despite paying extra for it. It seemed like someone had tried to scrape off most of it, leaving just a trace. Despite this inconsistency, I will likely return because the place is clean and the bagels are tasty. However, there is a lack of consistency in the quality of the food and drinks (the iced tea varies greatly each time - sometimes with lemon, sometimes without, and sometimes with extra charges for lemon). If you have some time to spare, I recommend ordering some bagels and cream cheese to take home and assemble yourself. This way, you can save some money. I did not pre-order because the only vegan option available online was Oreo, which I have tried before and did not like. If you visit the restaurant in person, they do offer a smooth and veggie option which I love."

Despite their repeated mistakes with my order, the food quality was exceptional, earning them a 5-star review. View menu

Your vegan cream cheese is delicious and will not be too melty/dry as any other I have tried. Coffee also has vegan milk options. Bagels are fresh. A few vegetarian lunch options, I wish there were more vegan options for lunch.

The bacon was burnt and cold, likely sitting for a day. It was not fit for sale in a store and should have been thrown away instead of being sent through DoorDash. It was terrible and I will never purchase from this restaurant again.

The vegan cream cheese here is tasty and not as dry as others I've tried. They also offer vegan milk options for coffee. The bagels are fresh and there are a few vegetarian lunch options available. I just wish there were more vegan options on the lunch menu. View menu

Testing and enjoying the Bagels during the opening weeks. Have not yet tried the vegan butter or cream cheese. You also have a vegan burger on the menu I try. Edited when I try more menu items Update: 7/4/22 went in and ordered a roasted salt bag with vegan cream cheese. Cream cheese is tofutti, but they mix it, so it is not so much of a thick and playful consistency. Owner was very nice to have conversations and to assure me that they use separate utensils and trained his staff as such to avoid cross-contamination. Bagel was really good and had the perfect amount of cream cheese. Really enjoyed and will definitely return. Updated by previous review on 2022-02-26

During the opening week, I tried and enjoyed their bagels. I have not yet tried the vegan butter or cream cheese. They also have a vegan burger on the menu that I want to try. "2.5 rounded up because I 'm feeling generous. We had a 545 reservation, we were five minutes late so we checked in at 550, we also apologized for being a bit late, we were then told to sit and wait, that 's fine. About 7 couples/groups came in after us and were immediately taken to a table since they knew the owner. My boyfriend and I got our 545 table at 625. AFTER, multiple other couples who came in after us got seated. So not a great start at all. The food wasn 't great. It really wasn 't. Our waiter was fantastic and very attentive but food was severely lacking. The arancini were flavorless and the marina sauce tasted very sugary. Similar to Applebees or chilis. The main course was alright. I had the cavatappi escarole with chicken. I should have had it without the chicken as it was a little dry and again not as flavorful as the broth itself. Which I must say was delicious. Overall it was a disappointing Valentine 's Day dinner. We were overlooked, multiple times, the food wasn 't great, and on a personal note it was just way too loud for me. My pros were our amazing waiter, my glass of Riesling, and the bread. You can 't not love bread. I don 't see myself going back to ragazzi on my own. After last night, it 's left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. All I can say is make sure you have a reservation, and make sure you know the owners because even with your reservation you 'll be waiting 20 plus minutes."
