"We decided to visit Pizza Hut and ordered wings, pizza, and cheese sticks. The food was good—no complaints there. However, our waitress, manager Myleigh, was not very attentive. She was responsible for four tables but spent most of her time chatting with her friends at one of those tables throughout our entire visit. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get our drinks refilled, and eventually, another table had to shake their glass to get her attention. After that table left, she returned to her friends and loudly ridiculed the previous customers, making comments about their gestures.
We finished our meal at 7:00, but it wasn't until 7:20 that she finally checked on us and brought us a box. Meanwhile, a man at another table had to approach her while she was still socializing with her friends just to get a box and his bill. When we received our ticket, we asked her to separate the charges for the pizza and cheese sticks between the two of us, but she didn't do it correctly. I usually have a positive experience here, but tonight was disappointing."
