"I waited 10 minutes before anyone brought a menu, and the service was terrible! The server returned twice to ask what we had ordered. A family that came in after us was already eating two pizzas while we were still waiting for ours! We even had to go to the counter to get our own beverage refills. After another 20 minutes, we finally received our pizza. It took an hour to get our food! I definitely won’t be going back—no way! I’ve wasted over an hour there, and it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all."

This is truly the best Pizza Hut I've ever visited, and I've been to quite a few. I loved the pizza and breadsticks; they were absolutely delicious!

Came and picked up my pizza the food was amazing but the employees have a bad additude Everytime I come and pick up pizza. Bread sticks were the only thing that was wrong they where like rocks.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a specific item, but they gave me the wrong pizza and refused to replace it. On top of that, the staff were very rude. Whiteville Pizza Hut is subpar; they don’t deserve any stars.

I went one night and the manager I think) went above and beyond to make my pizza quick when it got made on the wrong crust. He let me keep the messed up one.He reiterated several times not to forget thr extra cheese.I bet much appreciated that.For a little bit they seemed to have trouble with doordash orders, but they seem to have fixed that.
