"This is a small, Filipino Turo-turo-style eatery. Like many other Turo-turos (places where you choose your food from the glass case behind the counter), it’s incredibly affordable. The inihaw na baboy (BBQ pork on a skewer) is quite tasty, although I would prefer it to be a bit more tender. My favorite dish is the Kalderetang Kambing (goat meat cooked with vinegar, garlic, tomato paste, red and green bell peppers, a touch of bay leaf, and chili pepper) – it’s hearty, flavorful, and the meat is so tender it practically falls off the bone!"
