"I just left Pawleys after being there for 15 minutes because the customer service was ATROCIOUS. We called beforehand asking if there was a wait and if they could accommodate 11 people. The person who answered the phone was very kind and said yes. The person we spoke with on the phone was female. When we got there, we were greeted with animosity even though we did not show up out of the blue. However, the people at the host stand were guys and did not sound like the person who answered the phone. One of the people who was standing at the host stand said under their breath to the other person, “You can have them” in an snarky tone and walked off. When we were seated, our server Marcelo was EXTREMELY rude. While taking our drink orders, he threw an ID down at one of the people I was with and interrupted her multiple times. It made my entire party feel uncomfortable enough to just pay for our drinks and leave."
