"I just left Pawleys after being there for 15 minutes because the customer service was ATROCIOUS. We called beforehand asking if there was a wait and if they could accommodate 11 people. The person who answered the phone was very kind and said yes. The person we spoke with on the phone was female. When we got there, we were greeted with animosity even though we did not show up out of the blue. However, the people at the host stand were guys and did not sound like the person who answered the phone. One of the people who was standing at the host stand said under their breath to the other person, “You can have them” in an snarky tone and walked off. When we were seated, our server Marcelo was EXTREMELY rude. While taking our drink orders, he threw an ID down at one of the people I was with and interrupted her multiple times. It made my entire party feel uncomfortable enough to just pay for our drinks and leave."

Excellent service, excellent food. Service was timely and server was attentive. A minor problem arose with my order but it was corrected without any issue. Burgers were solid as well. Definitely recommend.

A great place to stop for food and drink! Even better is it is dog friendly as they have an outdoor patio where you and your fur baby can relax and hang out. I typically order the zucchini fries as an appetizer (they are awesome!!!! . I also recommend the Chipotle Chicken Panini.

They have a booth for people with sensory issues. There are no speakers in this little area and the light bulb was not a bright white it was a muted white which was perfect for our group. We were right by the kitchen so the food came out very quick and was very good. I applaud them for having an area like this View menu

With much of Columbia being closed on Sunday we stopped at Pawleys. What a mistake. The atmosphere is beat up college bar. 2 of 3 of us ordered burgers. Both ordered Medium. However, both cooked different. Mine was rare. Red through 80 of the burger. The other pink in the center. I was told I needed to order Medium well. With that I told them to keep the food. The onion rings served were hard, and greasy batter as were our side crayfish tails. This is a dump I will NEVER eat at again.

The food was average, and the service was quite poor. We waited over an hour and twenty minutes for our meals. They seemed busy for the first 40-45 minutes, but then things really slowed down. I tried to rationalize it to my family, saying they might be short-staffed or overwhelmed by the crowd. Eventually, the waitress informed us that there had been a shift change, and they had forgotten our order. Just as we were about to leave, our food finally arrived. I won’t be returning.
