"During my third bite, I discovered a hair in my meal. I notified a staff member, but she took the dish away without saying anything. Then, I was informed that the item I ordered was unavailable and was offered a salad as a substitute for my yogurt parfait, which was warm from the first bite—hardly a fair exchange. I asked if I could change my order to something else, but I was initially told that my food was already in preparation. However, the staff member later said he could accommodate the change. The Eggs Benedict I tried was really good, but overall, the staff seemed disconnected and not very friendly. I would recommend looking for a different restaurant."
